I've never regretted it. 3 years later, my helmet is still my most beloved & important piece of gear to date. The women's gear section is pretty limited - but that's unfortunately the norm. Also the store is small, so I don't hold it against them. They seem to have a really good community there. Prior to delivery I also purchased handlebars, heated grips & extended cables and lines. OSHD Parts Staff was FANTASTIC in helping me chose the parts both HD and aftermarket. I enjoy doing my own maintenance and installs. However, I had a couple of questions during the install of the handlebars which OSHD Service Techs provided me with the info I needed. When the Service Tech says that they will call you back, The actually do! Kudos to them. Lastly, when I brought my Trike in for it's 1000 mile checkup the Service tech made several adjustments correcting some factory settings! Very haapy with service! Added note: I keep my trike immaculate and when I got it back from Service it was spotless. Not even a fingerprint!
