Recently, a product I was looking at on the TT website had a normal price that was lined out by a sale price. When I went to order online, the cart total showed the original price, not the sale price. I called the customer service number, but after waiting 15 minutes and never speaking to anyone, I left a message regarding the order I'd like to place and the cost discrepancy of the item on their website. I never got a return call (even though I left contact info), so I guess I'll go elsewhere for my purchase. It's sad that I'm not the only person to complain about lack of customer service with TT.

Also the store is small, so I don't hold it against them. They seem to have a really good community there. Be patient on items not in stock, and you will be glad you did. There's nothing else out there like it.
