Recently, a product I was looking at on the TT website had a normal price that was lined out by a sale price. When I went to order online, the cart total showed the original price, not the sale price. I called the customer service number, but after waiting 15 minutes and never speaking to anyone, I left a message regarding the order I'd like to place and the cost discrepancy of the item on their website. I never got a return call (even though I left contact info), so I guess I'll go elsewhere for my purchase. It's sad that I'm not the only person to complain about lack of customer service with TT.

Also the store is small, so I don't hold it against them. They seem to have a really good community there. Just another lie. To say I didn't want the bike? Why would anyone run around and go through the motions and hassle to purchase a bike, wire money just to return it? Yea that makes zero sense. The fact is you all sold a bike without disclosing damage. Justifying a negotiated price based on an offer should not discount the fact that the bike had damage that was not disclosed. That's the simple truth and sadly Monica and the company do not stand behind their products they sell.
