A bit more salty than I'm used to and texture was different. I think that was because of the muscadine syrup they put on top. I'm also thinking that may be the cause the saltiness. We had a 6:00 reservation for ten people. It was 7:00 before we received the chips and queso. It was also supposed to come with green sauce. However the owner who was on site opened it up just for them. That's Texas hospitality at it's best. As I waited in the car for the girls, I was intrigued by the uniqueness of the property. It was whimsical, antiqued and reminiscent all rolled into one. As the girls came out of the shop a little later, they really enjoyed themselves and said it was very delicious wine. They even purchased a couple of bottles and a bottle of homemade jam. Good times.
