Outside of bare-minimum service pleasantries, which are always fine, there is little to no other effort to engage and create an upbeat environment. The staff just doesn't seem to know what to do when not actually serving. They need to engage more, show some energy, and just plain seem friendlier. If the owners can fix that issue, they will have a winning total formula here. Perhaps make one Red Bull per hour mandatory for the staff!
