As I walked to the material I needed to load, one of the young men walked over to me and asked if I needed help. I'm sporting a cane post knee surgery. The young man loaded my item into my truck. My PM had to follow up with them weeks later, then they scheduled an install date. Weeks later on install day, the company EMAILED (not even a phone call) our PM saying that oops, sorry, they forgot to order the carpet. We are hosting a major event at our house and told them it has to be in no later than a week. They said they would put us first on the new install day. then morning of, call and say they will be there between 12 and 2. As of 2:30, still have not shown up. Called and spoke to manager, he was totally unremorseful, and said they would be there by 3pm. Again, pushing my subcontractors back another day because now they can't finish painting touch ups until tomorrow, date of our big party. Very stressful and unhappy with the experience working with this company, and I'm not sure they will be the preferred vendor of our Contractor going forward. Be warned if you value your time and schedule.

The bathrooms included a steam shower and a large shower with floating marble benches that he installed. The house is from 1908 and the walls were challenging to get the tile installed and look perfect. Tony was definitely the right person for this job. The waterproofing of the showers and steam room was thorough and Tony was great at explaining what he was going to do, and explaining what he had done. He left the job areas clean and worked quickly coming every day including weekends to complete the job. His company is definitely the one to use for any tiling work.
