Getting inside the building was interesting; turns out, there is a puzzle to solve! Once inside, we sat down, waited for the rest of our friends then signed the waiver. Thankfully, they did have a bathroom we could use ahead of time. Once we got our initial instructions from the staff member, we went into a room and received more instructions on a screen. The basement is a very immersive room, the cast member who was part of it did an amazing job! I'm so sad I can't remember her name, she truly was a delight! She even reassured me at the beginning when I was freaking out. We managed to escape with about 6 minutes left, I wish I had taken exact note of how much time. We took a celebratory picture and then I got some merch, a t shirt saying I escape the basement and one of the enamel pins. Me and my friends came to celebrate a birthday and I think we will be back in November for another friend's birthday to do the next room! I'm gonna buy a new enamel pin each time we win, I think. Definitely looking forward to coming back! Couple tips: come in one car, the lot is very small and there was only one spot left when we got there and our friends had to park farther away. For the celebratory picture, make sure to look at the right spot and fix your hair beforehand lol. Lastly, bring cash to tip the staff members! They deserve it for being so awesome! It's very interactive at some points, We had to crawl through spaces, walk through trap doors and we did get our hands dirty. We were Using flashlights to get around. It was SUPER interactive. Election Day brings humans to the puppet world where a crime has been committed and we solved it! When you merge Sesame Street with a game of Clue, this is what you get. She made sure to inform us on what she was doing and I was understanding that one person can only do so many jobs at once. Either way the experience was so great for the kids they were patient and helpful throughout the whole game and they ended up being able to finish and feel accomplished! We received mixed information about the room's difficulty the one who signed us up said it was one of the easiest, while another said it was one of the hardest when we were leaving. Since we were with younger children we wanted the easier room which did not happen. The room, lobby and overall appearance itself felt outdated compared to other escape rooms I've visited. The visuals could use a refresh, and some of the tools and mechanisms seemed like they need repair or replacement, which affected the experience. I really wanted to give a higher rating because the staff was kind, and I think this place has potential. With some updates, better maintenance, and more consistent guidance, I think it could be a much better experience.

I love that they have continued chapters to the story for a returned experience. I appreciated the variety of locks and codes throughout the rooms and attention to detail. It felt like I walked myself into a fallout meets resident evil vibe. We'll be returning for sure. For parking, their site gives primo instructions and we ended up parking by the Scientology building with excellent affordable rates for the time needed to experience the escape room.
