I was greeted when I came in the door. I have white tips and use the clear powder. When she started working on them, one popped off so it had to be replaced. I was very happy with my fill from beginning to end. I could tell that she cared about the work she was doing and wanted it to look good. I felt they have a fair price too. I see why my sister chooses Best Nail Spa, they do not disappoint. My nails look great!!

I'll never go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!! I'll leave the name out but the place across the street is absolutely amazing!! Wish they would have had an opening today. Feeling ripped off and very disappointed!! I'd give it zero stars if I could!! And I just watched them pull out a used pumice stone and use in the next customer!

He yelled at a coworker in front of multiple customers for something so minor. I asked for something extremely simple on my nails and he said I guess I can attempt. All I asked for was a heart and Q. Another customer asked him to fix her toes and he replied "if you're ok with being ghetto" Extremely unprofessional behavior and made many customers uncomfortable. The owner was very nice though. I feel sorry she has to deal with that attitude.

I went to this nail salon wanting a simple color change on my toes. I asked for a lavender color,…read morebut since lavender is a very light shade, I was disappointed that they only applied one coat at first. The application was also very sloppy, so I asked them to add a second coat. The second coat did make the color look less see-through, but unfortunately, the polish still did not turn out well. As soon as I walked out to my car and looked at my toes again, I noticed that the polish had become shriveled and wavy. It looked nothing like what I expected when I left the salon. I would normally go back and have it fixed, but the salon is about an hour away from me, which makes it very inconvenient to return. I'm disappointed with the quality of the service, especially since I left expecting a simple, clean color change and instead ended up with nails that need to be redone.
