My complaint is not about my nail tech or service, that was fine. However, I think they are over-priced for mediocre nails. I went in for a pedicure and grabbed the paper pamphlet for available services. I also had the seat side laminated card. After looking at pedicures, I chose the "Volcano Spa." The card reads that it's a heated pedicure "that will melt your stress away." This sounded great. The technician went and got a package from the shelf and opened it and started applying the salt scrub on my legs. This followed with lotion. I then looked down to see the "Volcano Spa" package and it says that it is "Made with CBD." Luxe NEEDS to inform customers! I would have never chosen a CBD salt scrub!!! Not only can these unregulated products get military and federal employees in trouble, it is also NOT recommended for those who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding!!!! I got up and washed the product off my legs. When i asked to speak with a manager, my technician couldn't understand me. She then talked to another employee and she then said there wasn't one available. If customers want to use available CBD products, that is their right. However, customers also have a right to be informed if you are putting questionable products on people; especially products that can jeopardize people's jobs, fetuses, or breastfed babies. read more

Not exactly sure why this place has such good reviews. I had a TERRIBLE experience. The first picture is what I asked for. I showed him the picture and he looked confused. I said "can you do this?" He said yes, he could. The second picture is what I got. As you can see, the white on my nails is supposed to meet at the top and connect. Some nails they do, some they don't. Also, in the reference photo, the base of the nail is NUDE. What I got was just a clear overlay. Literally the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. $180 for 2 pedicures & this full set. Such a trash job. read more

I asked how much a regular acrylic set was before I got there. When I arrived I said I wanted the $35 set. They used gel polish and charged $50 total after I confirmed price multiple times. Update: several hours later & the nails are extremely painful. Mostly on thumbs & middle finger. I have not done any work or house chores. Will definitely not go back here. read more

I had came in at 6:15, a bit late, but the ladies were friendly and took me in! I wanted a pedicure, and ended up getting the collagen pedi, which smells AMAZING and feels SO GOOD. The best pedicure i've ever had honestly. She took her time, my feet look and feel so good. She wasn't too rough. Very attentive and hilarious to talk to very fun and outgoing! Made sure I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time, offered me a beverage when I came in, a blanket (if wanted). It's currently after closing and shes still working on my toes! I have had much better manicures and pedicures. We waited 30 min in the pedicure chairs before anyone saw us. The water got cold and we kept wondering if they forgot about us. My manicurist did not clean under my nails. I've never had this issue before. Usually my nail polish lasts longer and it did not this time. She also kept pulling out her phone to text people. During both the manicure and pedicure I felt that she was rushing and not putting much effort. My mother's manicurist made her hands bleed. This manicurist also kept taking other calls and talking loudly into the phone. They kept saying they weren't busy, if they were not that busy, why didn't someone take the calls?? The biggest issue I had was that the staff did not wear face masks appropriately. Many wore them on their chin or not at all. My manicurist wore hers on her chin the whole time. What good is that? Not only are face masks needed for COVID-19 protection, but wearing one is a way of being considerate of your customer. (I wore mine the whole time.) I did not feel that anyone at that salon took things seriously. read more

I feel as if getting your nails done should be relaxing and easygoing. That's not what I got when I went here. I walked in they rushed me to this table in the back a few minutes later they sit someone else RIGHT next to me. So it was very hard to hear my nail lady or try to talk to her because me and the girl next to me were both trying to explain what we wanted to our nail techs. I had some little press on nails from Walmart on, I said make my nail exactly like the press ones. She kept saying "too expensive" as if I didn't want or have to money to spend on my nails. No to mention she didn't want to do anything I wanted she basically did her own thing. She made it seem as if I was an inconvenience for her. I get That this isn't my normal nail place but u should have open arms to new clients. I normally go to Beautiful nails in fort Walton at uptown and lisa does my nails and has been doing them for a few months they took me in with open arms. I tip well. My maid of honor and I went to Luxe to get our nails done for my wedding and they did a fabulous job!!! My gel pedicure lasted for MONTHS, I finally ended up scraping it off myself and my tips lasted a long time as well. I do agree with some of the other reviews though, they had my MOH sit in the pedicure tub for a while before anyone got to her toes, and I don't remember them wearing gloves either. The only thing that was massaged on me was my calves, but they were literally OVER massaged and they were starting to feel sore. (I was fine on my wedding day by the way) I wish nail salon's would understand that if you massage peoples feet, legs & hands well that they'll get better tips!!
