I had to wait until he next morning to call and ask about it. Nina answered and informed me that the driver had already called in to tell them that he had my phone. They knew I couldn't pick it up until after work and an appointment that I couldn't reschedule so they went above and beyond to meet me at 8:30pm at a near by coffee shop!! Thank you Nina, thank you Jacob and thank you driver for keeping my phone safe and returning it to me ASAP.

We had to cancel the dinner we scheduled with our camp site and had to prepare dinner for the kids ourselves on a very short notice. The new bus that they sent was in horrible shape and the driver was not a safe nor proficient driver. He kept checking his gps and swerved off the road several times... What's worse was that on the way back to church we got the same driver, but this time he brought his ENTIRE FAMILY with him (his wife and kids). The driver and his wife got into some spousal dispute on the ride back to church and it was not very pleasant. The company is incredibly unprofessional and untrustworthy. And I hope no one else has to deal with their incompetence like we had to.

It was so easy I almost didn't believe it. Come Saturday and the party bus pulled up outside the house. My sister was in awe. The party bus was very clean and did not smell bad, the driver was nothing shy of professional. He understood the special occasion and how much this meant to my sister. Prices were reasonable, everyone was professional, I loved the service and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to set up a special occasion. Dishonest business practices!) Valet service should be easy. Park a customer's vehicle and return it. They parked our vehicle, but here is what happened on the return. The valet dropped off the car with the doors locked and keys inside. He tried to get them out but to no avail. After a long time, the valet called Fred, the manager, and Fred blamed us. Fred said this has never happened before and that it is our fault. I spoke to Fred and he said to call back on Monday. The valet was panicking and saying he is just a temp worker and doesn't know what to do. The valet called another valet and got into his car and they both hid around the corner in his car. We called AAA and they came out and got the keys out. The valet or Fred were no where in sight and with no solution for us. I called Fred on Monday and this is what he told me: "the car auto-locked on its own and it's not our fault."(I have owned this vehicle since 2000 and this has never happened.) He went on to say that the valet stated in his report that he opened the vehicle door and got the keys out. Funny, no mention of him hiding or that AAA in reality opened our vehicle. Fred was rude and dishonest to me, plain and simple. He never apologized or tried anything to make things right. I understand that this "situation" may never have happened before, but it happened to us. And it was bad. Fred or the valet didn't know what to do except to place the blame on us - the customer. My suggestion: Look at who is reviewing this Yelp account before hiring them. The account names sounds similar (currently lack any profile photos) and the dates are the same and mostly from the same area code in Glendale, CA (this may change) where Luxor Valet Parking Services is based out of. Again, Fred is dishonest in trying to raise his star rating on Yelp. Any one can park a car, but not everyone is honest. Fred is not honest. Do not hire them!! UPDATE to Fred's response below: Fred you are again being dishonest with your future clientele. Let me very be clear, I never mentioned anything about Yelp. You and I know that's the truth. I will clarify about the comments that you are now misleading your Yelp readers. - The night of the occurrence we spoke at about 1:30am. You kept saying that it was our fault and you cannot do anything about the situation. I was not rude to you. I was asking for your help, and you offered none. You said you can't help because the office is closed and to call on Monday. What was i supposed to do on a Saturday night at 1:30am with my keys locked in the car? - The Valet did take off the antenna without our permission. The antenna is still bent out of shape. The truth is the Valet tried, but was unsuccessful to open the Jeep door with the antenna. This was also witnessed not only by me, the bouncer at The Wellsbourne, my father-in-law and also my wife. In fact, customers of The Wellsbourne were offering their help and ideas to open the door, but ALL were unsuccessful. (When I spoke to you on the phone you said the Valet opened the door with the Antenna, not us.) - The antenna did not open the Jeep door. My wife kept saying not to use the antenna. But he did. After nothing was being solved an hour and a half later, I called AAA to open the Jeep. AAA opened the Jeep, I have a record of this if you would like to see. Your valet was with another valet sitting around the corner in another car. We did not see him the rest of the night after we told him we were calling AAA. - There is no "after market external locking system" on the Jeep. Not sure where you got that information from, but that is incorrect. It was a mistake made by the valet who accidentally locked the door, plain and simple. - You NEVER offered any form of compensation monetary or otherwise to compensate for AAA service, nor did I ever ask you for it. We both know that's the truth. Feredi Mashihi, I understand you are doing damage control for your future clients. But you still will not take responsibility for your employee's actions that night. A simple apology would have avoided all this back and forth and misinformation.

I was in shock because they had just told me it was going to be $ 120.00 How in the hell did it more than double. We disputed with him and he said " ILL GIVE YOU A GOOD DEAL AND ONLY CHARGE $200.00 " I Repeated to him that whoever we confirmed with over the phone gave us a flat price of $ 120.00 for a Jump start. He said it was only $120 just for the driver to go there and check the issue. I had already explained the situation when I called to schedule that we needed a jump start for a box moving truck. I called the office back and they agreed it was $120.00 but they needed to check with the driver to confirm the price. Vladimir, the shuttle driver was excellent, the staff at the car drop off/ pick up were also very courteous and professional. Considering the insanely high rates at other places, AC Hotel offers very reasonable pricing. They also have a great system in place. When I dropped off my car, they text me instructions in how to request a shuttle when I returned. Upon my return, I arrived at the red marked hotel shuttle area and sent a text to request pick up. I waited 10 minutes at terminal 7 for the shuttle to arrive and a 5 minute drive to AC hotel to retrieve my car. That truly cannot be beat. A tip Vladimir gave me was to request the shuttle at terminal 1/2 or 6/7, to avoid the wait of going all the way around lax (and the nightmare of the international terminal). This is completely sound advice, as the shortcuts are at 2 and 6. 10/10 highly recommend.
