From a photographer's point of view, it's heaven. The mature trees and winding walkways naturally follow the landscape, creating effortless photo opportunities around every turn. Hilltop views, dreamy light, and gorgeous backdrops? Check, check, and check. Every couple I've worked with here says the same thing: "There are so many beautiful spots for photos--and we didn't even have to walk far!" One of my favorite hidden gems is the underground level--yep, underground! With its dramatic wooden double doors and cozy, wine-cellar vibe, it adds a magical, unexpected twist to the wedding day flow. Couples can enjoy dinner with family upstairs, then head down below for dancing and celebration. Both levels are stunning and so well thought out. The staff? Truly some of the kindest people I've met in the industry. We always end up sharing a laugh or two--they genuinely love what they do, and it shows. There's a wonderful indoor space with plenty of picnic tables and a stage for a band or DJ. This space can be easily configured for dancing or other inside group activities. We had a delicious BBQ buffet that consistented of ribs, chicken and beef and some of the sides, loaded mashed potatoes, salads, cornbread and corn on the cob. Everything was so delicious! There is a great outdoor space for lawn games, outdoor eating and drinking etc. They also offered a tour of the space that could accommodate 65 people at a time. We didn't go on it, however, it would have been amazing to see the property at night. We did see several herd animals that looked like deer running across the long driveway. It's located in a very dark area - you could miss it if you are not mapping to it. The driveway leading up to the event space is also very dark. Drive slowly and carefully, as there are bumps in the driveway and animals running about. I would definitely love to return here for an event, and would especially love to see it in the day light.
