It includes a 400-seat auditorium, the Patti Strickel Harrison Theatre, where we saw the inaugural performance of the musical, Anything Goes, this weekend. Clearly outstanding, Broadway-worthy productions such as this deserve this professional venue. Not only is it equipped with state-of-the-art technology, it's architecturally beautiful and comfortable for patrons. Our seats were on the floor level, but the wrap-around balcony is positioned so there isn't a bad seat in the house. It's an intimate setting, which is nice for connecting with the live shows, but it also means the shows sell out. Buy your tickets in advance online rather than driving out and chancing getting one at the door. Tickets for this performance ranged $15-$18, for a total of $20 with the purchase fees. Such a deal that I'll have no problem making the drive from Austin often with family and friends. Texas State Students get in for $8. Right across the street is the Edward Gary Street Garage, built in tandem with the PAC to allow for easy parking. We paid $5 flat rate. The PAC also houses a 300-seat recital hall, rehearsal and classroom space, so there's a lot more going on in that building than the shows. No wonder their programs are becoming nationally known.

It was nice to see current and former Marble Falls theater students in the performances. I was not familiar with Forever Plaid and was a little skeptical about it, but it was really good. Kudos to former Marble Falls student Charles McClean for his performance! We will certainly be back to support this gem of a theater. Thanks for two great performances. Keep up the great work!

Between the facial expressions, dancing and wonderful singing, this was an experience worth driving from Houston, or anywhere you might be in Texas. Charles McLean was fabulous as Frederick Frankenstein and Brandon Gonzales was brilliant as Igor. The rest of the cast was equally as talented and enjoyable. If you haven't seen it yet, Young Frankenstein is running through November 2. It's a must see, especially if you need a night of laughter!

They had a bar open and some snacks available in the lobby. The seating seemed like the view would be pretty decent from most seats and plenty of ushers to guide guests to their seats. On the flyer it looks like Phantom of the Opera may be here sometime in 2026 so would love to attend! Parked in the garage located directly behind the theater, it was $10 for the duration of the show.

We arrived early, got stamped, bought medals, got some drinks and found our seats. The seating on the bottom level is relatively comfortable. I remember seating up top as not so much. I think that regardless of where you sit, you will have a great view (unless there's a big fiesta hat in front of you). I will say that the AC was on blast this Tuesday evening. My legs were frozen. The other thing is the steps can be tricky. We were sitting on the edge and got up to let some people in the row. One lady tripped on the stairs splilling her wine all over my guy's seat. So now he was cold and soaked. They offer a lot of concessions- alcohol,NA, popcorn, candy. The alcohol is pretty pricey, but the water was fresh. Bathrooms are on the bottom floor. The stairs are steep, but the bathrooms are super well maintained. At least they were this evening. We will continue the tradition.

Joe did they balance on the wooden slats?! Lulu (Miki Abraham) stole the show. "Independently Owned" was my favorite song, and she was great in every way. Broadway In Austin made ticket pickup easy. Also they've removed the clear bag policy. Bass Concert Hall now offers additional restrooms past the foyer on four floors in a separate building; there were two people in front of me in line and zero behind me. The pedestrian traffic was well organized by the ushers and helpful volunteers. Her your corns up Austin, and take my kernels of wisdom to motivate you to see the Broadway show of the year.

Went to see Clue tonight at Bass Concert Hall for their opening night and my wife and I were just…read moreblown away by the production and talent of the show. Clue was comedic from beginning to end - like actually funny. The writing was witty and smart, the entire cast completely talented from head to toe. I love this venue because its clean, the aisles are spacious, the seats aren't as compact, and the staff members are so friendly and welcoming to the guests. 11/10, I would recommend seeing Clue to all my friends and to those I don't even know.
