Went to this dance hall and had a blast. It was so nice to see that it is a family friendly event. There were people there that were in the age range from 10 years to 80. The venue dates to the mid 1800's so it has a lot of charm. There is a large open space to dance and when it is mild out they open the barn doors and let in a lovely breeze. The band played mellow country tunes that you can do the two step to. They do serve beverages and snacks and from what I am told they occasionally have someone outside cooking hotdogs and hamburgers. Keep in mind that they are only open on the first Saturday of the month. If you have the chance, check this place out. It is wonderful! read more

This place was incredible! I regret that I did not learn of it sooner. My friends and I had a great time. Although it was really warm, it was so much nicer than some of the other dance halls we visited over the summer. I cannot wait to go back! read more
