The Asian pear mimosa was a great balance of homemade pear syrup mixed with moscato wine. It was not super sweet like most traditional mimosas and had a unique flavor to it. My husband enjoyed his flight and our favorite was the semi-dry rose. They have friendly, attentive staff and a beautiful outdoor patio with live music events (check calendar). We had a 3 some in front of us and they were not great players and thats fine it honestly never bothers me if people play slow. The marshall ended up moving them up a hole becuase he was concerned that people were backing up which is fine. The issue arose when he watched one of our guys hit a shot and immediatly decided to also move us up a hole because he is also a beginner. We had been waiting 3-5 minutes per shot for the group in front of us and we were not the issue in any way. I asked him if he thought we were the reason that play was slow and he very bluntly said "yes". I told him that he was being unprofessional and told him not to move us again as we were paying customers and the only issue was with the group in front of us. He then proceeded to completely lose his temper and start saying things like "Your are going to come into my house and tell me what to do?" And starter verbaly attacking me. Got out of his cart and tried to escalate the situation even further. I walked away and he continued to yell. The best part of all of this is after they moved us up a hole we were right on the slow groups tail again immediately. He then had to move that group up a SECOND time and we CAUGHT THEM AGAIN. He then had to ride with them for 7 holes trying to speed them along as we waited behind them and opened up a 3 hole lead on the trailing group. This guy was a complete clown, has no idea about customer service or relationships. I am pretty sure he felt super bad about losing his temper and blowing up because after he realized that he had made multiple bad moves he came to us on the 18th and told us we could play a free 9 holes if we wanted to. Just absolutely horrible customer service and interactions. There is not a single boss/owner alive that would not have fired this guy on the spot for the way he chose to interact with a paying customer. I can tell you that there are 3 guys who will never come to this course again and I would really advise anyone who reads this to take their business elsewhere. You can find nicer courses with better people for cheaper in the area. I wish I could give a 0/10

With its dramatic wooden double doors and cozy, wine-cellar vibe, it adds a magical, unexpected twist to the wedding day flow. Driving up to the venue, it was nice, but it didn't have quite the "wow" factor that the online photos and videos had led us to expect but it was the customer service that was the biggest disappointment of our visit. We had a scheduled appointment to tour the venue with a staff member. Throughout our entire meeting, she remained seated and wore sunglasses the majority of time. She never offered to walk us through the property or show us the different areas of the event space. Although she had printed pricing sheets sitting in front of her, she initially told us that all of the pricing was available online. While that is true, my daughter eventually had to ask for one of the printed sheets that was already on the table. Since we are just beginning the planning process and had not yet selected a wedding date, we understood that an exact quote could not be provided. However, that should not have prevented us from receiving a proper tour of the venue and learning more about what it has to offer. I eventually asked if I could walk to the ceremony area in the back of the property. The GlassHouse Staff Member said I could, but she did not accompany me or provide any information about the space. As I walked through the ceremony area, I realized it simply wasn't the atmosphere or experience we were looking for. We drove a considerable distance specifically to tour this venue, so the lack of engagement and hospitality was disappointing. A venue tour should leave prospective clients excited and inspired. Instead, we left feeling like our appointment was an inconvenience. During our conversation, the staff member also mentioned that the venue is already booking events into 2028. Congratulations on your success--that certainly speaks to the venue's popularity. However, every prospective client deserves the same level of attention and professionalism, regardless of where they are in their planning journey. Based on our experience, this is not the venue we will be choosing for our daughter's wedding/reception.

It is absolutely GORGEOUS and I love how the staircase in the backyard is part of the aisle that the bride makes her entrance from. So unique! Also, because the venue has the reception hall upstairs, it has an outdoor balcony where our photographer was able to capture one giant group photo with us and all of our guests. Also unique as not many other venues have the capability to do this. Their all-inclusive route was 10000% the best way to go! We paid a per-person price and it included the catering, the tables & chairs, all of the cutlery/plates/linen napkins/chargers, the table cloths, the table decor (excluding floral), additional venue decor, and the setup AND clean up of EVERYTHING. We opted to pay a little extra to have Marlana as our day-of coordinator, but she was in constant communication with us from the very beginning. All of this seriously made our experience such a breeze and we are so grateful! Hunter, the venue owner, is so sweet and very accommodating! Every time we brought up a concern with her, she was quick to make adjustments and solve any problems that came our way. We are beyond grateful for her support and flexibility!!! Marlana, our coordinator, went above and beyond!! She recommended a local, inexpensive DJ who we ended up booking - we had an incredible experience with Milo! She was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to me sourcing additional decor items I needed, such as fake flowers since I'm allergic to real ones. She also was EXTREMELY knowledgeable when guiding us through the wedding ceremony, the timeline for the entire day and even got in touch with all of our vendors to ensure that they knew when they needed to arrive. I am especially grateful for Marlana and her dedication to making my dream wedding a reality. Both Hunter and Marlana did an incredible job of preparing for everything ahead of time, which contributed to the success of our big day! The Terrace Club was my wedding venue for my January 4, 2026 wedding. Now that I finally received…read moresome items I had left there, I can write my review. I'm giving this venue 2 stars, and to be clear, that rating is entirely due to the coordination services I paid extra for--not the venue itself. The property is genuinely beautiful. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces made for a stunning wedding backdrop, and everything was well-kept. Hunter, the owner, was also a pleasure to work with--professional, kind, and clearly invested in the venue. The base package we booked (which did not include coordination) was a good value for what was provided. Unfortunately, the $2,000 I spent on the 90-day coordination service was, without exaggeration, the worst money I spent on my entire wedding. We were told this was a 90-day coordination package, but aside from the standard décor meeting that is already included for all couples, there were essentially no services provided until about six weeks before the wedding. This was incredibly misleading and not what was promised. Our coordinator, Marlana, was consistently unprepared for meetings--repeatedly asking questions I had already answered and pushing back on details that were important to me. The timeline she created completely ignored my priorities, leaving only 45 minutes for dancing despite me clearly stating that was my number one focus. I ultimately had to create and manage the timeline myself, which defeats the entire purpose of paying for coordination. On the wedding day, the lack of professionalism and organization became impossible to ignore. I was directing vendors and answering questions during my own photos. Even my photographer had to come to me multiple times because they were given an incorrect timeline. Marlana was nowhere to be found during key moments like getting ready and photos--times when a coordinator should be most present. Basic service elements were also neglected. The soda bar was unmanned for most of the night, the champagne tower was never distributed to guests, and water stations were repeatedly empty. These are fundamental responsibilities that should not require constant oversight from the bride or her family. The dance floor moved like it was going to break the whole night. The comments about the lay out being excluding are also accurate but we knew it may be that way when we signed. To make matters worse, I was never informed that tours would be taking place on my wedding day. While I was getting ready with my bridesmaids, a group of strangers nearly walked into the bridal suite because the door was unlocked. My mother had to stop them and tell them it was not an entrance. This was a major breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. The most disturbing moment, however, was when my mother went to find Marlana to address ongoing issues. During that interaction, Marlana put her hands on my mother and told her to "calm down." That is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior in any setting--especially at a wedding where emotions are already high. There is no excuse for putting hands on a guest, let alone the bride's mother. To make matters even more disappointing, my mom ended up doing much of what a coordinator should have been responsible for throughout the day. As the oldest daughter and the first to get married, it was really important to me that she be able to fully enjoy the day. Instead, she was managing issues and filling in gaps for a service I had already paid for, which is incredibly disheartening. Lastly, we accidentally left a few items behind at the venue. That same night, Marlana texted asking what to do with them, and I was told they would be mailed out shortly that week. After hearing nothing, I followed up in mid-February and was told they would be sent the next day, but again, nothing was sent. It wasn't until mid-March that I was finally notified a package had been shipped, and I received it around March 18--over two months after my wedding. While I understand it was ultimately my responsibility not to leave items behind, the communication around this was completely misleading. Had I been told it would take over two months, I would have made other arrangements. In summary: the venue itself is beautiful and worth considering for the price, but the coordination service was disorganized, unreliable, misleading, and at times completely inappropriate. I strongly caution anyone against paying extra for it.

Had the privilege of officiating my dear friend's wedding celebration here on July '26. The…read moreceremony was held outside next to several huge oak trees that provided a picturesque backdrop. Even though it was at 6:30 pm, in the heat of the summer, the shade from the trees made it feel cooler than the temperature showed. The sitting area consisted of large blocks of limestone benches and although they fit into the landscape, they are hard. As a tip, would recommend bringing seat cushions, if the ceremony lasts too long. Because I was micd up, my message carried nicely into the audience. Very little echoing which is helpful when you are trying to speak. The surroundings made me feel relaxed enough to lighten the mood with some humor and some personal stories. And after my prayer, I think if we had passed the offering plate around, some guests might have felt compelled enough to throw in a few Benjamin's, too. The groom's dressing area was comfortable, had a refrigerator, large TV, clothing rack and most importantly, a shower. And since it is only minutes away from the outdoor arena, it allowed the rehearsal to occur just a few hours earlier, which was perfect. The upstairs bride's room was furnished and big enough for the bridesmaids to get ready for their big day. We have attended 3 weddings at Park 31, and my recommendation is to go with a DJ due to the size of the dance floor. It will give you more volume control and allow guests to still enjoy the music. A band may be too overwhelming for the smaller space, unless you are going with a softer sound like a jazz band, then it might work. A great part of this venue is the layout of the outdoor areas, which you can sit around the fire pit (during cold weather) or is an excellent place to set up your cigar bar, which is what our friends did for their guests. It was a huge hit. The indoor bar area gives plenty of comfortable seating choices and is oriented to encourage smaller subsets of guests to talk and share. I would definitely recommend this venue, if you are looking for a Texas Hill Country vibe and an upscale area for the reception. And remember to bring some extra cash with you, in case the officiant makes you laugh or cry.
