This is the best place to grab an ice cold beer and watch the games! The beer is a 29 degrees which is the perfect beer temp! It's also reasonably priced which is also a win. They have so many tv's! You can catch any sport you're looking to watch. The girls are also so nice and attentive! I was a little disappointed in the apple turnover. This place continues to go downhill. Ordered the salmon with mac & cheese as a side. The plate comes out with the side dish container barely half full of mac & cheese. I will add that this is a combination I have ordered MANY times with SIGNIFICANTLY more mac and cheese in the serving container. I point this out to the waitress, (who insists that it's a normal portion) takes it back to the kitchen. In a few moments, the manager comes out and also insists that it is a normal portion. He offered to bring me another portion at an additional cost. Bullsh*t! This is the smallest portion I've ever received, and both the waitress and the manager were not even concerned or even bothered to try to satisfy a customer. I was in Texas for a funeral and was not expecting the uniforms when I walked in, but it was a fun atmosphere, the bartenders were amazing, and the food was delicious! It took me back seeing them in their Friday night outfits but I still enjoyed every second of it. Katie the server was awesome. She did her best. The manager however was a total disgrace to the establishment. We had a table of about 17 people and she was also responsible for another two or three large tables. So the total patrons were about 35+. She was the only server working our tables although she had runners for the food and drinks. However, it's a bit much for a single person to handle and I witnessed the manager Gavin scold at her in plain view and reduced her to tears. Gavin interacting with a member of our party and all of a sudden he threw up his hands and screamed out "don't grab me!" I was there and saw the whole thing. My friend wasn't grabbing him. He touched his forearm to get his attention. This guy seems very unstable. Yelling at customers and the server. It's extremely uncalled for. I went into the Twin Peaks in Plano late on a Sunday night, around 11:30 p.m., waiting to meet two of my friends who had just arrived from overseas. We entered through the side entrance and walked up to the bar. The bartender mentioned that there were actually two bars in the restaurant and told us we could sit on the other side at the bar or one of the tables there, since her section was closed. So we went over, sat at a table, and within about a minute this guy came over -- short, heavyset, and honestly looked like a version of Stone Cold Steve Austin -- and very rudely said, "You were supposed to come see me before sitting down." His tone and attitude caught me off guard. I even apologized and tried to explain that the bartender had told us to sit there, but he wouldn't even look at me or respond. It was just an awkward and uncomfortable interaction. A waitress came over shortly after, and she was very nice and polite -- the complete opposite of that guy. We ordered a couple of things: my friends got salads and sides, and I ordered a 22-ounce beer. When the beer arrived, it wasn't even half full. At that point, I was just disappointed and didn't bother saying anything. We finished our food, paid, and left. I go to Twin Peaks often -- my work and travel schedule make it a convenient spot -- and I've always had good experiences at other locations. But this particular visit really left a bad impression. I don't know if that rude guy was a manager or not, but his attitude and the half-empty beer made the whole experience feel unwelcoming. The waitress was kind and professional, but unfortunately, the overall experience was just not good. Ella did a great job making it. She said it was the first time she's done it, so kudos to her! And she gave me her bat wings!! We came back later and Emma was STILL working her butt off. The bartenders were excellent. The manager on duty was not. He is apparently the second in command at this restaurant but has a negative attitude, especially if you ask for a TV change. You would think going to a sports bar that you could request something current on a TV, not a baseball game for the Reds and Marlins. I asked at 2pm for the Masters to be shown on a TV in front of me. At 2:30, the TV still wasn't changed so I left. Great service at the bar, but horrible service from the manager who was on duty! Last month around 6:30pm, I was enjoying my beverage at the bar I was about to order food when an employee walked in with a 5 gallon bucket of water and splashed it on the bar floor. I asked him to stop and he said no. I called the manager over and 3 more buckets were splashed as well. She explained he need done. Then he used a squeegee to push it down the drain. No presweeping no mop just dirty water while patrons were eating and drinking at the bar. The manager was angry with me and told me to leave.
