*Knockouts Sports Bar in my opinion, I ranked throughout my personal experience, my personal…read moreobservations, and the fact that my wife and I keep coming back weekly. *Food at this location is amazing, we have eaten a few different items like the nachos, the wings, fried mushrooms, street tacos, fried pickles. Prices are all within a reasonable price. Price point is around $12-$20 dependent on choice of entrée. Beers are well priced as will, with certain days having specials at $4 pints. Usually, most bars are either too fancy or just ok. This place matches the perfect menu choices for the environment while not sacrificing quality and it shows the unknown chef/ cook working in the back is passionate and loves what he/she does by producing the dishes that come out of that kitchen. *Atmosphere of establishment is impeccable. The staff is always on top of cleaning, sanitizing areas when patrons leave. In the military, I knew when things were clean when I could smell bleach. Buckets of bleach water with clean rags are used to wipe down the bar tops. *Additional staff, constantly wipe down, remove rubber mats on the bar top, and sanitize multiple times while in our presence, demonstrating the utmost meticulous discipline on clean areas. Men's restrooms are known to smell at bars, however, at this location the restrooms are constantly checked on by staff and cleaned if needed. I have never gone to the restroom and not been able to wash hands due to no soap or dry hands, due to no paper towels. Bartenders (Traci and Kyla) and waitresses are friendly and respectful. The manager, Buddy is very friendly to my wife and I and now at this point, when he sees us walk in, he will ask if there is anything we want to see that isn't on the multiple TVs. If there is a San Antonio Spurs game, he will make it a point to put on the game, so we are able to enjoy my team. *This bar accommodates me in the manner I love having a draft beer dressed with chamoy and Tajin. The staff already just by seeing my wife and I knows our drink, and makes it a point to fulfill our expectation.

It's just the fact that this is actually the first bar that have the Stars game sound is on. Food wise, we've only had their wings and it was very comparable to other wings place. Decent size, flavor and crunch is there even if yo order it naked (no breading). Definitely a good place to have a beer or two.

Go here a lot! I'll start with the vibe, its definitely an Icehouse, TVs with all kinds of sports everywhere and a huge open eating area, there is a stage for live music but it was empty when we went, but it was during the World Cup and Mexico was playing that night so not surprised at all. They have a nice outdoor patio with two pool tables. If you're going expecting a quiet evening for middle age ears, then your expectations need to be changed, this is not a place for grumpy corner booth eaters, this place is alive. The staff, from the moment we walked in it was nothing but smiles from every employee we crossed paths with, which brings us to our waitress T, yes just the initial T, calm down cause she was amazing. She kept our drinks full and never made us feel rushed, she was the perfect balance of attentive but also giving us space. If you get her as your waitress you will not be disappointed. The food, we ordered the fried pickles, the Assembly Smashburger, and a Cubano Sammich. The fried pickles have ruined fried pickles for me from some of my favorite fries pickle places, they are crispy and tart and simply delicious. My wife had the Assembly Smashburger, the only warning about this burger is the juicyness makes it messy, but thats one mess everyone should be ok with. And the Cubano Sammich forget about it, if you like Cubanos this is the place for you!! Give the menu a peep, bwcause it has options that tickle any fancy! In conclusion, if you leave the Asswmbly Icehouse unhappy its because you're a miserable person and nothing in life will ever bring you joy, so just stick with a corner table at McDonald's, eating your Chicken Nuggets and their immortal French fries, leave the happiness for everyone else at the Icehousw.

Not too fuego. It's a messy burger to eat, but you can always wash up before you leave. OK to order if you've been married a long time or you're single. Not recommended for a first date, unless you don't see a second date in the future.

Sadly, if I wanted really good Irish food, or even just mediocre Irish food, I should have went somewhere else. Let's start with the Reuben egg rolls. There were 3 of them for $11. Sadly this was the start of the crappy experience. These were three of the smallest, greasiest, unfilled "spring" rolls I've ever had. They need to learn the difference between an egg roll and a spring roll. As far as the filling? No Swiss cheese was to be found, there were three strings of sauerkraut in each one, and the smallest, little sliver of corned beef was in HALF of each spring roll. As an added bonus, they were served on a plate in a puddle of grease. While the puddle of grease was the original turn off, the first bite of these little flavorless, unfilled, pieces of crap, was the icing on the cake. The guiness stew was mediocre at best, and the curry was nothing like good, McDonnell's Irish curry. The Currey was obviously "made" from a packet of Indian food one can pick up at Walmart. Overall I highly recommend going someplace else if you want good, traditional Irish food.
