The service was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring all needs were met promptly. The salmon was perfectly crispy on the outside and expertly seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, enhancing its natural flavors. Been to half a dozen Twin Peaks around the country, this my absolute favorite. Consistently stacked staff that's always patient regardless if you're popping in for a drink, lunch or dinner. The food is consistent, the triple play chips is a must start, burgers are solid, salmon is delightful and cheesecake is incredible. Love the venue, ambiance is always rustic & parking never an issue while right off the interstate. read more

Danielle was the epitome of excellence. Her service hit all the marks from greeting to parting. We knew what we were getting into and why a lot of people come here but it was the only place we could find the notre dame game playing so we went. We were so wonderfully surprised at our experience. Our waitress was absolutely lovely and chatted with us and asked us about what we wanted food wise and drink wise. She checked on us often. We were in the back/side room so it was quieter which was nice. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were for shots and drinks and the food. We got wings and their tacos (we really liked the tacos) and other snacks and all the food was tasty. We even tried dessert because we decided to stay for the whole game since it was such a nice experience. So happy we gave it a try and we would definitely be back. read more

Sunday Sunday! Wasnt so fun! Dont get me wrong this place is great for games and just getting together. The scenery is nice and food is great!.. but this day the manager was not having a good day. So I ended up leaving before game went off. He wouldn't turn the tvs to our game and he turned the sound almost off. Multiple people complained about sound being too low but he would not adjust it. But that was one day not the premise of tp. Its still a must try!!! read more

Nice place. Bigger than I thought. Plenty of tables available when I arrived. Service was quick. They were pretty busy for a Monday night. World Cup soccer was on most of the TV's. Food was good. I would go back. read more

Came in as a regular and was very dissatisfied with my experience this time, Servers are usually very polite and kind but Whitney was very cold and rude upon approaching us. Not sure if we caught her as she was leaving but we were expecting a friendlier attitude and better service as she also got my food order wrong. Fortunately Darcey took over our table and saved our experience! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Would ask for her again! read more

Tried this place out for the first time and I gotta say I was super surprised. The decor is very woodsy with a lumberjack vibe. The servers wear jean shorts and flannels shirt tops. The hostess at the front was super nice, got me sat down quickly and explained how to get their menu (QR Barcode). Then I met my server. Her name was Kayleigh and I've got to say she was an absolute sweetheart , quick as a whip and super attentive. Never have I had a server make me feel as welcome so quickly in my life as she did. She got my PBR (chilled to a cool 29 degrees) to me quickly and recommended the Billion Bacon Burger. The burger was delicious and the best part was, I didn't have to fight with the fillings of it sliding around. 10/10 dining experience, will 100% be back read more

Had a bit of an issue with the manager here a few years ago and was harassed to take my review down. I will not come back here again. The food and drinks were mid. read more

The attitudes of the servers. I greatly understand that Saturday nights are difficult, but most the the employees here treated me as if everything was my fault. Hey, I had a tough day too. I'm not taking it out on everyone else. I love this chain. The food is always good, but lately the servers are truly obnoxious. I tip very well. I do my best to be nice. My dinner was missing one element. I asked that the cost be reduced. I didn't want to wait for a replacement. Instead, i had three different servers arguing with me about taking a different choice. I kept saying "can't you just take the cost off my bill?" Instead, I was told, "you need to lose your attitude." read more

Okay 3 starts makes sense to me. We recent came here at my b/f request for a surprise birthday party. They were great to be able to quickly accommodate a party of about 15 ppl without a reservation (they don't take reservations but i did call to give them a heads up). The wait staff meet the criteria you would expect for a place like this. The table overall was pleased with the general experience, but the service was a little lacking. I guess perhaps that is too be expected with a larger party but maybe they needed to assign two servers to us so that we had someone occasionally checking in on us. The food was just okay. Mixed reviews... about what you expect for bar food. Overall the experience was fine but it's not like I'm itching to get back there for any reason. read more

This has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had!! Coming into the restaurant, the host was so lovely, which we appriciate, we were seated, it took our server 10 minutes to come talk to us, which we would've understood if they were busy, but there was not a lot of people at the restaurant. It was very obvious our waitress Erin was not wanting to be there, which we comprehend not loving your job, but it's no excuse. Once we placed our order it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did it was the biggest disappointment ever!! We got 6 bone in spicy thai chili wings, 6 nashville hot wings, fries, and "lobster" mac & cheese. So the spicy thai wings were great, perfectly crisp to sauce ratio, HOWEVER, the nashville hot wings were so dry that when you ate them they left your mouth begging for water, and the fries were cold. It was obvious that they made the fries & nashville hot wings first and then the spicy thai wings. The "lobster" mac & cheese was very cheesy, BUT, the table behind us asked the waitress what's good to eat, and she listed a lot of menu items to NOT GET, in which, she told them that the lobster mac & cheese is not real lobster and it's not real seafood!!!! So it left us wondering what is it???? My partner & I agreed that it tasted like the dehydrated tuna that come in the $.99 packets. There was some of the cheese that was stuck to the casserole it came in, & overall, it was less than good. Our waitress Erin dropped by our table 17 minutes after we got our food, only had a conversation with my partner, got HIM water & DID NOT BRING ME WATER!!!!! I had to go to the bar, wait 8 min for the bartender to come back to ask for water!!! I felt like Twin Peaks worked so hard to make the ambiance be chill and relaxed like going to your grandpa's cabin for the weekend, but what they missed and what is lacking is good food and good service. They had a fire pit, a lounge area with games, & it was nice looking, and the waitressed looked so cute in their outfits, even so, this was the worst experience I've had. read more

Worst food I've had dining out in YEARS! Service was mediocre at best then top off terrible food on three plates and I won't be back.

A group of my friends and I went on a Friday night around 8:30 PM. When we walked in, the host didn't even look at us while we were standing right in front of her. There was no smile or anything. After we sat down, our waitress didn't introduce herself or say much to us, and throughout the night, she barely came by our table. We probably saw her a maximum of five times in two hours. I understand that Friday nights are busy, but at the end of the day, it's her job to serve her tables with a good attitude and actually talk to the customers, especially at a restaurant like this. My girlfriends and I were the only girls there and were excited to come for the first time. The food was good but nothing special. I stopped a waitress because I thought she was super pretty and complimented her, telling her she was gorgeous. She looked at me and, in a very rude, monotone, condescending voice, said, "Thanks, you guys too," which isn't a rude response, but the tone was genuinely insane. She walked away and then talked to her coworkers, continuing to look at us rudely. It was absolutely insane how these women treated fellow women. After waiting at least 20 minutes, our waitress came back with our check. She handed us the bill without looking at any of us and then walked away with a dirty look on her face. We were all polite and planning on tipping well, but after everything, we barely tipped 15%. I genuinely will never go back again. read more

Aaliyah, our server was absolutely wonderful!!! The ambience for Twin Peaks is more of a sports bar with TVs from every angle. Food is good. We had wings and I always get the steak salad which is very good and tasty. Aaliyah didn't miss a beat whether it was refills for our drinks or fixing something the kitchen or bar messed up, she was on it!!! read more

maybe im salty because my mans there right now but i do NOT think yall should be walking around in bras. these women need to have respect for them selves. this may as well be a strip club, because its about a pole and a few dances away from being one. go to hooters, they dress far more appropriate. i understand not having a job and resorting to anything, but THIS?! this is never even a last resort. i would never flaunt off my titties for some cash. i mean, you go girl, get those tips because i know that cash is good--but i feel like you could do better. i am not against the women, and i really understand that now that i have written this review that my focus has been on them, but instead i am against the restaurant. if the only way a place can stay running is because of prostitution, then that says a lot. i suggest this business change their morals real fast. read more

My recent visit to Twin Peaks was absolute fire, thanks to the dynamic duo behind the bar--Jayla and Taylor. These two weren't just bartenders; they were the life of the party, slinging drinks with a smile and keeping the vibe electric all night. Jayla had a magnetic energy that pulled everyone in, while Taylor's charm and drink game were unmatched. Between the cold beers and tasty wings, I barely noticed the game on TV. If you're not pulling up a barstool with these two, you're doing Twin Peaks wrong. read more

Taylor was amazing! best service i have ever had at a twin peaks. I had a great time with my work colleagues all thanks to Taylor.

Visited for the first time on Saturday afternoon around 1pm. Not busy, and many tables were available. We were led to a high-top near the front bar and given a couple of menus. The menu I received was dirty with some food substance smeared across; I flagged our waitress down for a new menu. It was then, that I also noticed that our table had not been cleaned, because my hand and forearm made contact with a sticky substance. Once again, I flagged a waitress down and asked her if she could please bring me something to clean the table. She asked if we had seated ourselves or if someone had seated us there. I told her we had been seated at this table. We actually had 3 different waitresses during our visit. Our drink orders were taken and served and then we placed our lunch order. When our food order was dropped off, I had to flag one of the waitresses down to bring us flatware and napkins. It was a few minutes later when yet another waitress stopped to ask how our food was and I had to remind her that my order came with chips and salsa, which I had not received. We looked around and there were a lot of waitresses who were seated and talking with other solo guests. I get it.... but, my husband and I were also paying guests and this was our first time to visit, and will be our last. One or two instances of our table service being overlooked could be expected, but this became comical; dirty menu, dirty table, no utensils or napkins in which to eat our food with, and we had to ask for all our food to be delivered. Husband did say the beer was cold, so that was a plus. Otherwise, not impressed. People work hard for their money. I expected better; management should too. read more

What a shit hole!! and Ryan the manager just was pissy. And my friends went all in on him. I didn't have to, and I wasn't in the mood. I don't go out to eat for confrontations. I just expect my food to be done right the first time then we don't have a problem. This was a huge problem. Did I want some more asparagus! really no thank you. Yes I ate the top of the fish. It was a very thin piece of trout. It didn't need to cook that long blackened and burnt are too different things. It should've never of left the kitchen !! it's obvious the line cooks at Twin Peaks have not mastered the technique of blackening. I don't send food back and he did take it off of the bill and he should have. I only had coffee in my gut and it was a birthday celebration with a friend I ate the top of the fish It was dry and overcooked, and I did eat the tops of the asparagus it had a horrible burnt taste. I won't ever go there again for any reason this is my first rodeo and my last. read more

Very inconsistent, but usually slow. I've gone about 2x a month for a burger and a beer, and have given up on the place. Service tends to be awful. Walked in 3pm today, nobody @ front desk or on the floor for 5 mins. Got seated (and noticed a server camped out, sitting with a customer). Nobody bothered to come by for another 5 minutes. Gave up, and while walking out, noticed the two servers (the one that sat, and the other) chatting with customer - oblivious to the idea that someone else might want to spend $25 there on a lunch.... It's often been an unexplainable long wait, but today was a bit too much. Will eat out elsewhere, and I think a well-run restaurant should take this space, when this one inevitably fails. edit: just a quick note - notice that TP management cant be bothered to respond to any reviews here, and they dont respond when filling in their form @ their corporate site. read more
