Was hoping for a good bit more. Not really much on the menu. Had the smokehouse which is basically a hamburger but uses beef brisket and has jalapeno peppers. Like 4 peppers, below taste level, brisket was okay. Not much of a choice for side items. Waitresses were cute in crop top flannel shirt and shorts but since you can't take them home, my rank on food. For the price, I'd rather go to Rafferty's. They do advertise cold beer and have a bar - I don't drink so that may make a difference for some. They have good ice tea. Got better places to go so I don't plan on a return. read more

I will go here just for the wedge salad. What a pleasant surprise this dinner visit was! The beer is ICE COLD. After waiting an hour to get a table, we ordered the wedge for an appetizer. We arrived around 7:50 and were told we would have a 20-25 minute wait, which we said we were fine with. Thankfully, the wait was less than 10 minutes and we were happy to be seated right away. Unfortunately, after we were seated, it took them 15 minutes to come to our table to take our drink orders. The manager beat our drinks to the table to apologize for the wait, and asked if we would like a free appetizer. We tried the loaded fries, which were good, but we had to eat directly off of the tray because the dishes they brought us were still dirty. For drinks we tried the blackberry margarita (which was sold out when we tried to order a refill), the house "Dirty Blonde" wheat ale, and Bud Light on tap. Their signature is that the beer is served 29° and they were basically beer slushees. Once we were finally able to order our food, it was over another hour before it was delivered to our table. I tried the bone-in wings, naked (no breading) with classic sauce and my husband tried the boneless wings, also with classic sauce. The sauce was totally different between the two wings, and his tasted much more vinegary. A friend ordered the cheeseburger with macaroni and cheese and said the mac & cheese was better than the burger. I understand that this is a new establishment, but the poor excuses for the bad service outweighed any sympathy I would have had with them. I walked up to the bar and all the open seats were dirty . Sat down and moved stuff out of the way and wiped it down with a napkin as the waitresses and bar back were chatting . She asked if I wanted a drink I ordered a beer and the keg was tapped so they had to change it. Got my beer and it was 3" of foam then she ignored me as she poured beers and chatted so I asked another waitress to close out my tab and then my waitress acts all helpful. Paid for the beer I didn't drink and walked out. I can understand seating positions being dirty as people up and leave at once. At no time did the bartender make any attempt and trying to hide her frustration and irritation. That's not my problem. Plenty of other bartenders and waitstaff are busy and in the weeds, but they take the little time to make me feel welcome and Twin Peaks did not do that. read more

We love the atmosphere and the food at Twin Peaks. I don't think either of us have had something we didn't like, but one of our favorites is the Cuban with smoked pork. Also, we have yet to meet a server that isn't just the sweetest. Most recently Belle (from the Queen City) served us on a Saturday afternoon and she was so personable and polite. Arrived a few mins before 10:30pm IF I could give a ZERO I would!!! TRASH ass employees that are sexist. DO NOT COME HERE if your a FEMALE!!!!!! You will be denied at the door, treated with zero respect & talked down to. Your server will take 10min to first approach you AT THE BAR. When you pay your bill they won't bring you your change ($6). I didn't have it in me to speak to a manager who allowed her OFF work employees sitting at the front table drinking in there work attire by the door telling the HOST to not sit us because they were 30mins to closing so she said we couldn't order food. I then replied "so your denying service when your open to the public?" She then went to the back returned 5min later in hopes we would just leave to say we can sit down but we can only order a drink if we wanted to stay and we had 5min before last call. Yes we still wanted to sit due to this being the ONLY restaurant open with a posted sign that served food! Once we were seated then moved by someone else to the bar table it took 10min for a bartender to greet us and when we said we would like to order drinks, a salad & nachos that didn't require the grill or fryer she replied oh god (rolled her eyes) then said she has to ask first since it's 10:31 & they close @11. We ordered when she greeted us 20min later they announce last call to everyone as we finished our food paid our bill & NEVER received our change. What an unfortunate visit this was. Chili is not the item to order. The bowl size is truly a 3/4 of a cup that is over price and tasteless. Much like some of the behaviors of the wait staff. Leaning over tables to provide a better view of your twin peaks while others can take in the view of your fairly exposed buttocks that you shamelessly shake is tasteless. And, if wait staff is expected to wear a uniform that allegedly makes them "more friendly" then all staff should wear similar uniforms, especially managers. If you need suggestion try watching the movie Magic Mike! And then there are the bathrooms. Clearly no one is cleaning them. Absolutely disgusting. Yes, the beer was cold and the burger fair. Super sweet, super fast, & great food! I called ahead to see if they had outdoor seating and if I could have my dog on the patio because we were just coming back home from a trip and I couldn't leave her in the heat. They had no problem with it, set us in the back next to the walkway so my dog wouldn't be a burden to anyone. She's well behaved so that helps. But it was a nice experience! Super disappointed in my takeout order. I asked for a salmon Caesar salad the lettuce was brown and nasty the salmon was over cooked and tasted bad and I was given ranch with a CAESAR salad on top of all of that I waited an extra 10 minutes from what they originally told me. The bartenders at the Florence, KY Twin Peaks were saving their foam in glasses lined up under the taps. Once the foam died down, they poured residual beer in the next unsuspecting patron's glass and then topped it off from the tap. There were a half dozen of these glasses under each set of taps. I've had their burgers and wings they're both average and can be gotten as good or better at other places. In the past I've had the spicy meatball sub, and the Cubano /Cuban sandwich. Both of those were good. It's not a Cuban from Ybor City or Havana but way better then some the other places Cuban offering. Today I sat at the bar because I was solo. I don't drink alcohol so can't speak on that part. My service at the bar was outstanding though. Today was the best service I've had of any of the times I've been. I think the server's name was Brooke. I could be wrong. However she was extremely helpful and on top of her job. She noticed I used the QR code menu. Asked if it loaded ok, had me drink refills on time and early. Such a breath of fresh air in this new era of servers post lockdown. It was great getting one that actually new how to do their job and take care of the customer. That's the reason it gets a 5 star rating the service was outstanding. We really like twin peaks food and that's why we went there however. The night we went our server was unfortunately terrible. She told us she had a long day and also ended up saying she was cut. We are always more than willing to wait on food and understand when someone is having a tough day but this was beyond just a bad day. We went our whole meal without drinks, the kid with us order was put in incorrectly and then the child had to wait another 30 min while everyone else ate. The ice in our water melted before we got our food and when our food came we were very uncomfortable. People around us started commenting that it was hot too. Some of the waitresses were even fanning themselves to try and keep cool. No sign on the door to warn customers either.
