Twin Oak replaced our main breaker panel to 200amp and installed all new standard breakers to the "proper" size about 10 months ago. Last weekend our washer/ dryer started acting weird and we thought it's the set but turned out it was our breaker setup. We called Twin Oaks multiple times, emailed, texted and after a week of trying to get a hold of them to come to diagnose and fix the issue (since it's less than a year and there should be some warranty to their work!). they never returned our calls/ messages (when we said this was a safety hazard) and we found another company to diagnose that the breakers were not installed properly and over time it was malfunctioning!
