Twin Oak replaced our main breaker panel to 200amp and installed all new standard breakers to the "proper" size about 10 months ago. Last weekend our washer/ dryer started acting weird and we thought it's the set but turned out it was our breaker setup. We called Twin Oaks multiple times, emailed, texted and after a week of trying to get a hold of them to come to diagnose and fix the issue (since it's less than a year and there should be some warranty to their work!). they never returned our calls/ messages (when we said this was a safety hazard) and we found another company to diagnose that the breakers were not installed properly and over time it was malfunctioning! I am updating my review as this company never finished the remodel work that we had contracted. In the process the electric inspector came 3 times and every time there were corrections. It was somehow my fault that Twin Oaks had to come back out to fix the work they did incorrectly. In the end they ghosted me for 2 weeks and didnt finish the work after the final inspector said once again their work was incorrect. I had paid them all up front which was a mistake and I had to get another electrician which cost me $1300 to complete the job.
