She was on top of all of our orders and we had a wonderful experience. I asked for the manager to let them know about our experience but another staff member came to our table and said the manager was not available to talk to us. I offered our experience to the employee and once I did the manager then came out to hear about our feedback. I have never had the experience where the manger was unavailable to talk or be available to their customers. I feel that it is important for us patrons to give feedback and I also feel like there is sometimes a lack of the mangers getting positive feedback from the community. I am disappointed that they were unavailable until they knew it was positive feedback. It really gives off a disappointing lack of concern of how their restaurant and patrons are feeling. Anyway, I thought I would let you know that our experience with Josie was great and we had a wonderful experience outside of the lack of management availability.

It was a slow night, food took 40 minutes, never offered a refresh of my cocktail, salad had a hair in it that was not mine. Server didn't check on us while we waited for food and never apologized for the 40 min wait. We got out as quick as possible. Hope the service turns around, and expectations are raised for staff. We want this place to succeed as a staple sports pub and hang out for the neighborhood.
