Bought a new swim spa and the accessories and filter came covered in mold. They said they would send out new ones but after a while we had to drive an hour to go pick up new ones. They finally sent out the accessories and goggles we were promised and the goggle case was caked in black mold inside and out. They have been hard to deal with and don't respond promptly. Once we bought the spa, it seems like they have no interest in helping and "they're busy". Why is everything wet? It's not like the spa comes filled with water. I would not recommend buying from them in the future. read more

They dropped off the hot tub and literally left me to figure everything else. They told me they have too many hot tubs and not enough time to help people with them. I think that is terrible customer service and so i have no clue on how to operate it. I have no clue what the serial number is and how to find it (not in the paperwork). No clue on how to operate the blue tooth speakers as they dont show up as available in the main settings. I figured out the chemical operations but that took me 3 hours. Not good. read more

I bought a new J355 at the start of September and just had it delivered. We went to fill it ready for the electrician to come tomorrow and discovered that it's been stripped of the heater and water just poured out. I called my sales person (Bryce) after hours and on a Sunday and he was immediately on it. Monday morning someone was on site and a new heater fitted. While it would have been great for everything to be right first time you get a better idea of what a supplier will be like when things go wrong. After this experience I'd highly recommend and have co confidence I will be well looked after in the future. read more

If you can get a spa from anywhere else in the area I implore you to do so. Not only is the Jacuzzi product subpar (our motherboard went out within 10 months and the panels are bowing) but the ability to get any semblance of support or customer service from Twin City Jacuzzi is insulting at best. I've been told for two months my warranty replacement products are "going to be uncalled next week" and guess what, next week never comes. I originally wrote an honest review like this a few months ago and they pleaded with me to take it down. For some reason I did and realize that was a disservice. I asked to speak to the owner and emailed and called multiple times to no avail. If you can put your hard earned money anywhere else besides TCJ, please do so. read more

Had a great experience here, the salesman, Bryce, was very knowledgeable and no-pressure, and followed up on my questions right away. They also have in-house financing available. Delivery and setup was quick and easy. It did take a couple of weeks to get an electrician to come out to the house to install the 220, but that's no reflection in this business. The follow up after the sale was also good, he helped me via phone to use the test strips and products so the water chemicals are balanced. Love the spa! read more

Ordered Labor Day weekend and was informed that it would arrive end of October. Paid in full (my mistake). The newest response for poor customer service ("since Covid..."). Have called for updates multiple times. Initially said, "can be a week late." Called about a week ago to see if they can track and was told that, "since Covid, they don't do tracking anymore." Was told my information would be put on the delivery/scheduling desk and I would receive a call back. Fast forward a week, and have not received any call. I struggle to understand how Amazon tracks the delivery of pet food but a 12+ thousand dollar hot tub has no way to be tracked. We are all very aware at how automated everything is. At this point, if you want to buy a hot tub that, thus far, doesn't arrive on time (or at all?), receive no call back from the company after purchase, and no way to track your purchase, you came to the right place. read more

DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB FROM THESR GUYS!!!! This company is the worst. I purchased our hot tub at the state fair and was told by the sales guy I should expect a call within a week or two to set up delivery. Well a couple of weeks went by and no call. After calling them for weeks they finally told me they have no time frame for when my hot tub would be delivered. They stated they deliver the tubs purchased at the fair all throughout the year, so they cannot set en expectation of when they would get my tub at their facility. Again, not what I was sold on. After a couple of months they tried to make things right by giving me the next model up, which I thought was great. I finally got a delivery date and the tub arrived, but had damaged panels. The delivery guys took pictures and said they would get these replaced. That did not happen. I emailed these guys a month after delivery and heard nothing. I have called multiple times and they keep telling me it will be fixed. Now 3 months later, the panels are still not fixed. The communication, or lack there of is atrocious. I wish I had purchased a hot tub from another company. These guys do not care about the customer. There is no sense of urgency. I bought a 14 ft swim spa from them 2 years ago. It has been a lifesaver during covid. I set mine at an inviting temp and use it every night to deal with stress and cabin fever. Its compact size allows me to have it in the garage, so I have no excuse not to walk 10 feet out the door and use it. DO NOT BUY A JACUZZI FROM THE ST LOUIS PARK TWIN CITIES JACUZZI LOCATION OR THE STATE FAIR FROM THIS GROUP!!! First point: it is extremely rare that I am compelled to write a negative review, as I like to focus on the positive. So the fact that I wrote this should be extremely telling. The only positive experience we've had with Twin City Jacuzzi since purchasing at the MN State Fair last August, has been with Jeff at the Burnsville location. Trust me when I say that we should have worked with him ALL ALONG (or bought a completely different brand elsewhere), because our experience was the worst we've ever had from a customer service perspective. Disadvantages Everything could have been better. The lack of communication and customer service, and the many (MANY) lies told by the office manager (Amber) and owner (Mark, I believe) made me wish that we never EVER made the decision to purchase a Jacuzzi from the state fair, OR the Wayzata/St Louis Park location. Comment Here's the scoop: We purchased a high-end Jacuzzi at the state fair in August 2021. We had an older hot tub that needed to be removed, and a Covana cover (of which Twin City Jacuzzi is an authorized dealer), which was agreed in writing, to remove said hot tub and REPAIR said Covana cover. We understood that the wait to even receive the jacuzzi was 1--2 months, and had no issue with that. However, when it was delivered, they didn't have the equipment to remove our other hot tub, and so they just stuck the new Jacuzzi in our garage! This was early November, and it was getting cold, rendering our garage useless since it had the hot tub sitting in there. After weeks of phone calls and empty promises, they finally came to remove the old one. After more weeks of phone calls and empty promises, they finally came to HOOK UP the new jacuzzi. The Covana cover? Still not fixed. They took the motor to get repaired, and after several months of not knowing what to do or how to do it, they finally came back to us in the March timeframe to tell us that they had a local shop repair it and they'd install it. Great! However, they *did not know how*!!! We didn't figure this out until literally a week ago (yes, in July) after again MONTHS of broken promises, unanswered phone calls and lies told to us via text and phone calls. What is their solution? "We will bring back your motor and you can do it yourself". Even better: they left the motor, without notifying us, the motor, just sitting in the driveway not even in a box, or covered, or anything. Just sitting there in front of our vehicle. Additionally, we just discovered that our brand new Jacuzzi is leaking. I suppose we will go to Jeff at the Burnsville location for assistance, because the employees at the St Louis Park location have no possible clue how to get anything done. If they do, it sure hasn't been apparent to us. That is, even if they answer the phone, and even if they show up. Yes, that's right. We would be told they would come to install, fix the cover (add in the many reasons they needed to come and fulfill their part of the agreement) and they showed up on time about 10% of the time, at most. I'm not sure which was worse, the lies or the lack of responsiveness. All I know is, if you have any needs whatsoever other than handing Twin Cities Jacuzzi (St Louis Park location) a BUNCH of money for a possibly-installed jacuzzi, then I URGE you to go elsewhere. Even the Burnsville location would be FAR superior, because at least Jeff cares, responds and is extremely helpful. That is where we go for our chemicals and any advice, because he's the only one who apparently cares about the reputation of Jacuzzi in the Twin Cities, and what his customers think of him as a person. I purchased a 9' palm tree from their booth at the State Fair. Their presence is impressive. This palm tree costs $4200 and change. The salesperson (Bryce) was very kind and professional. This is where the good experience ends. I was told (a few weeks for delivery). No problem, as long as it's before winter. (Part of the reason I wanted the palm tree is that where it's going to be placed, will hold down some PVC decking that warps in the winter cold, or summer heat; the decking is laying on a thick concrete pad.) Weeks go by, no word. I call. I talked to multiple people male and female. Some said "we'll get you on that schedule next week!" Most just transferred the call to the person who sets up the delivery schedule, but that person is magically never in. I resort to calling twice a day. If this palm tree doesn't go in before the snow flies, it will have to wait for spring. They say they give my name and number to the owner, and the owner simply doesn't call me back, ever....THAT'S THE OWNER. I just want my money back now. I can order someplace else and pay a couple of friends to help install it. It's not even about the money anymore, it's about the principle. This isn't even bad customer service; with bad customer service, you get the run-around. With this company, you don't get the run-around, you get ghosted. Terrible experience. We put a deposit down early April for a hot tub and was told it would absolutely arrive within two weeks. We paid extra to expedite the concrete and electrical work as well. Weeks have gone by with little to no updates or communication. I get there are supply chain issues at times, but we were very transparent with our timeline for which they agreed. And they told us the tub was in stock at the warehouse. Clearly not true. We went into the store finally yesterday to see what the deal was. Still did not get much of an update. Everyone at the location is rude with little customer service focus. Amber the delivery coordinator especially. Given all that, we decided to not proceed with the purchase and politely asked for our deposit back, a reasonable request, for which they refuse to give. Insult to injury! Owner was of course rude like his staff. And the overall way they run their business is unprofessional and slimy. We ended up going with Cal Spas and the experience was amazing.
