After doing a lot of research, we hired Mike and Alexa Knight of Lee Michael Homes. Compared to the massive high homes that the Knights have built their reputation on, our addition was relatively small and I believe they did me a favor by taking on such a small project. With that said, their attention to quality and customer satisfaction is second to none, and we received an addition that turned out nicer than we could imagine. While Mike manages the day to day construction details, Alexa is an interior design genius. The sub contractors were all professional and strived to make the project on the whole, a success. I plan on hiring the Knights again to revamp another area of our house and I highly recommend that you at least talk to them if you are contemplating an addition.

I love my Sivage home and we have had few issues, but one big issue we are having is the roof. We…read morehad two roof leaks last year 5/2015 and I contacted all of the following entities with no success: Sivage Homes - do not cover repairs after 1 year of sale. the company contracted to put on the roof - did not respond to my multiple calls the 2-10 warranty company - the do not cover roofing issues. Needless to say we had a third party come out and do the repair and paid for the repair ourselves. I would not purchase a Sivage home due to these issues. A new house should come with a new, warrantied roof. Also, we are currently dealing with a new leak so my husband is patching until we can get a new roofer out to see what we need to do. There is nothing like a leaky roof on a rainy Sunday!

Its costing me $2400 to fix the leak. My home is only 8 years old. Was built in 2018. I also.had to have all my electric breakers replaced as it was discoved that most of them were refurbished. We are third owners of a 2019 Abrazo home located in the Mariposa subdivision of Rio Rancho. We…read morewere excited by the prospect of purchasing an "Abrazo" home in 2022. In early 2025 it was discovered that there was a very long term water leak in a wall cavity in a bathroom. The leak resulted from the use of contaminated Pex tubing, so the plumber told us. Cost of repairs to the plumbing and damage to our home exceeded $5,000! Fortunately, part of the expense was covered by insurance. About two months ago, while standing by the kitchen island I heard a strange sound followed by seeing the sink had dropped down into the cabinet 4-6 inches. Turns out, the only thing holding the sunk in place for 6 years was a bead of clear silicon. No under bracing whatsoever! Cost, only $1.200! Just goes to show, Abrazo homes are no better than any other!
