Compared to the massive high homes that the Knights have built their reputation on, our addition was relatively small and I believe they did me a favor by taking on such a small project. With that said, their attention to quality and customer satisfaction is second to none, and we received an addition that turned out nicer than we could imagine. While Mike manages the day to day construction details, Alexa is an interior design genius. The sub contractors were all professional and strived to make the project on the whole, a success. In early 2025 it was discovered that there was a very long term water leak in a wall cavity in a bathroom. The leak resulted from the use of contaminated Pex tubing, so the plumber told us. Cost of repairs to the plumbing and damage to our home exceeded $5,000! Fortunately, part of the expense was covered by insurance. About two months ago, while standing by the kitchen island I heard a strange sound followed by seeing the sink had dropped down into the cabinet 4-6 inches. Turns out, the only thing holding the sunk in place for 6 years was a bead of clear silicon. No under bracing whatsoever! Cost, only $1.200! Just goes to show, Abrazo homes are no better than any other!
