Kelly have experience with this type of loans. Within few weeks of starting, Kelly submitted unapproved invoices to the bank behind my back, made a bunch of financial errors in their calculation, increased their initial estimate fees. The bank became suspicious and delayed funds disbursement which stretched my project. They got money hungry, try to justify their financial immorality in the name of inflation, really?!. Very disappointing! I strongly believe that they saw in me a weak target they could prey on, it's saddening and heartbreaking. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone seeking to hire a contractor. At the very least, don't hire them if you don't live on site. Unless you can be there every day to question their single move. Not a trust worthy contractor.
