Even on the day they were meant to come over to give us an estimate not only did they call to tell us they would be 10 minutes late (much appreciated but honestly I wouldn't have even noticed), after walking around the house, asking some questions on exactly what we wanted to do they were able to come back with a fully detailed and printed estimate on the spot for us to review. We had gotten some quotes from other painters and none were this organized so we knew the job would be done well and efficiently (and it was). They took great care when scraping and making sure to remove ALL the paint chips (it looked like a haz mat site for a few days : ) The entire job (scraping, priming and painting) took less than a week even with a few afternoons of rain. Our project included a nearly complete painting of the interior of our home including ceilings, fresh drywall, old plaster and trim. Jody and his team went above and beyond, helping with color recommendations, sourcing and installing new trim that needed to be replaced and even staining new wood trim to ensure the updates to the room matched the history that we were keeping. Most of all though, we appreciated Jody and the team's flexibility. As this was part of a broader remodel, other projects on the house had some twists and turns. I was very disappointed in the exterior staining project 360 Painting did for me. The power washer…read moreshowed up without any hoses. I had to retrieve hoses so he could perform the work. They didn't protect the windows from the stain. I pointed this out and they returned to clean the windows. There are still smudges on the glass that they weren't able to remove. My front steps have multiple stain marks on them now. I asked Jody to fix the problem. He said he would be over during the week of 8/4 to correct it. I haven't seen or heard from him since. There are multiple areas on the siding with incomplete coverage as shown below. The quality of the work was far below what I expected based on the project cost.

He arrived on time, sized up the required work and started working. The new microwave was slightly larger than the original which possibly involved cutting into the brick backsplash. Dan determined that he could fit the new one without having to cut into the brick - a very messy operation. The rest of the install went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the finished project. Dan's very pleasant demeanor was a very nice complement to the whole experience. we would highly recommend him for your consideration.
