That process was fine, but because of some sticker shock we asked friendly follow-up questions in an email about alternative product lines and other potential ways to shave some of the cost. Those questions were ignored, as was a follow-up asking whether they were still interested in working with us. Even a short note saying that they could not change the quote or were no longer interested in the project would have been better than being ghosted. Lousy communication from the get go speaks poorly for their overall service orientation and we cannot recommend this Pella dealer.
