Derek's willingness to approach the project in sections to help me determine affordability options was a great stress reliever. They worked to schedule-as unpredictable Adirondack weather allowed, and kept in close contact to keep me updated. I have since recommended them. Today had a problem with the screen door. Wife called and an hour later they were on the door step fixing it. Can't ask for any better service.

No call no show all of April, finally returned call, was told they were behind and work would start 1st week in May. After several unreturned calls work FINALLY started last week of May. Changed contract part way through job, because additional work required, agreed to new price and signed new contract. Work was stopped for over a week 2/3rd's of way through (with no communication or forewarning as to why) finally heard from them that equipment was needed elsewhere. Company called requesting MORE money, even though no additional unforeseen problems. Work is STILL not complete 2 months later and just received a threatening letter that if final payment (at $3,000.00 dollars MORE than negotiated price) is not received within 4 days, legal action will be taken against the consumer! I would tread very carefully if choosing to deal with this company. Elderly, disabled woman on fixed income being threatened, when contracted work is NOT even completed. SHAMEFUL unprofessional business practices.
