Instead, they want to handle the complaint internally, so they ask "How can we improve"... Where you can improve? Firstly, getting a service that works consistently. Secondly, getting people to answer the phone to respond to calls of distress when the phones are not functioning instead of a "leave a message and we'll get back to you when we can". Getting timely answers instead of waiting without phone service during the work day - or any time there is ANY issue with the phone. Waiting is the death of sales, and our business needs sales to pay your service bill. The phone is the business lifeline. If I wanted to use my personal cell phone for a business line I would set it up that way. However, I want a land line that works consistently and a service provider that answers the phone when something is wrong. That is not what I get here.

We contacted the company, and they located and confirmed that they received the check and that the funds were deposited into their account. Despite acknowledging that they had the check and the funds, they have since stopped responding and have not returned the funds. This has been an ongoing issue for months and has required significant time and effort to try to resolve. We have repeatedly reached out asking for the funds to be returned, but Unified Global Solutions has now completely ghosted us. We are still out the funds and have had to pursue the matter through other channels. Based on our experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Foneco was able to pull in the VOIP fiber into our building, when we were told by others it would…read morenot be able to be done. They set up the IT system to connect to the ATT internet. Wish I had known about them, prior to signing with AT&T for VOIP phones. Much easier to work with.
