After 6 days, i returned the devices and switch back to t mobile which is right around the corner of their competitor. Marco, helped us get our old plans back and activated our old phone in just a few minutes, which was really impressive! This Saturday, i will go back and get an upgrade for our phones! I have used them all over the years and I have found my best service with T-Mobile. Yes sometimes…read moremy strength if signal is less than perfect but I consider that normal. My bill is reasonable for me and my two sons. They are both in on school and use the unlimited data programs. Make sure you buy the coverage from the phone or T-Mobile nothing like buying full price after a loss device.
