DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE!!! This is the worse service I've ever received in my life. I waited 2 hours to just add a line.. They will add several lines, change your plan to a more expensive one, and add insurance to make more money even when you tell them you don't want it. They will get over on you and when you return to ask about the bill they say there is nothing they can do and call online. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION read more

I read the reviews yet had to call to see if they provided repair service for a cracked screen. I would be interested to know what kind of training the employees of this 3rd party T-Mobile store are provided. It seems they must teach them to be as rude and unhelpful as possible to whoever has the misfortune of ringing their phones. When I inquired about their services, the female (I can't call her lady) said no, they didn't. When I asked where the nearest T-mobile store that provided such services might be, she said she had no idea and offered no further comment even when pressed for any help at all. Third party stores like this are killing the T-Mobile brand. I'm jumping ship for Spectrum where our monthly bill will now be $28 for two phones, taxes and fees included. That is for 2 gigs. The rest of the story: I did finally identify a T-Mobile store nearby at 1765 N Town East Blvd where the service was prompt, professional and efficient. read more

Super poor service. The young lady who was meant to be assisting me was on her phone the entire time (scrolling on social media). She seemed to have no interest in helping me and she never looked up from Her phone. Poorest service I've ever received from t mobile. read more

One of the guys at this location wasn't helpful at all. I was asking questions about my account in order to buy a phone and he kept looking at his coworker rolling his eyes and sighing and his coworker laughing. So unprofessional. I decided to leave and go to another location. read more
