Super poor service. The young lady who was meant to be assisting me was on her phone the entire time (scrolling on social media). She seemed to have no interest in helping me and she never looked up from Her phone. Poorest service I've ever received from t mobile. read more

I read the reviews yet had to call to see if they provided repair service for a cracked screen. I would be interested to know what kind of training the employees of this 3rd party T-Mobile store are provided. It seems they must teach them to be as rude and unhelpful as possible to whoever has the misfortune of ringing their phones. When I inquired about their services, the female (I can't call her lady) said no, they didn't. When I asked where the nearest T-mobile store that provided such services might be, she said she had no idea and offered no further comment even when pressed for any help at all. Third party stores like this are killing the T-Mobile brand. I'm jumping ship for Spectrum where our monthly bill will now be $28 for two phones, taxes and fees included. That is for 2 gigs. Called to verify if they had phone in stock was told yes, came in they told me no, I said I just called they said we haven't had any calls you probably called MALL, NOPE called back from outside same number watched girl answer phone she then stated she thought they sold one let me check proceeded to tell me Monday. One of the guys at this location wasn't helpful at all. I was asking questions about my account in order to buy a phone and he kept looking at his coworker rolling his eyes and sighing and his coworker laughing. So unprofessional. I decided to leave and go to another location. read more
