They installed a Halo 5 water softener this summer. We have tried to reach them by phone about some potential issues such as water damage on our floor near the installation site and asking for their assistance on how we can register for a warranty on the product. We wanted to see if they could check to make sure that it's not still leaking or at least give us some advice on how to do that. We have not heard back from them and it's been at 2 least weeks. We posted a review similar this one on their company website but it's not showing now. We are very frustrated by their lack of call back response especially after spending 6K plus on this product and service. Thank goodness when we called the manufacturer they were very helpful and answered our questions.

We came across Terry as our neighbor was having him quote their wrought iron fence install, and as…read morewe were sharing one side, we had agreed to split the costs. Terry was the 3rd vendor we got a quote from. Of the other two vendors, one bolted in the fence, while the other welded. Terry and his crew also did a weld-in fence and seemed knowledgeable about everything we would have to do. While pricing was similar with the first two vendors, Terry came in a bit cheaper, however he was willing to include 2 gates with the pricing, which made a great difference in pricing. After reading the many positive reviews for Colbys Landscaping, our neighbor and I decided to use Terry. Once the weather cleared, the job took a little over 2 days. We had an issue with the property lines, and Terry was able to sort that out without creating a future land dispute, just to get the job done. He took time to get a surveyor to read the survey and find the rods in the ground, then measure everything off to be 100% sure. Unfortunately, the landscape company that installed irrigation in our community, chose to place our neighbor's lines/sprinkler heads in our property. Terry's crew was able to get those relocated and repaired, so they could continue with the job. The fence installation went smoothly after that, and Terry was also able to make some modifications to keep small animals from entering under the fence on the side fences, where the land tapers for rain runoff. We are very happy with our fence, and our neighbor's fence, and have referred him to two family members, for their fence install. Hard working and honest crew, that took time to make sure that the job was done right, and that we were happy.
