I have used them all over the years and I have found my best service with T-Mobile. Yes sometimes my strength if signal is less than perfect but I consider that normal. My bill is reasonable for me and my two sons. They are both in on school and use the unlimited data programs. I have been a long time customer of T-Mobile for over 16 years! Every single time I call 611 they are wonderful! However, on the same token every time I decide to hit up a T-Mobile store I am disappointed. I went into this store on Saturday and spoke to Vanessa to get my son set up with a phone line. While I know they ran the "get a free line" promo a few weeks ago I asked that they make an exception for me as a long time customer. She said they couldn't but offered another plan that would get me more "unlimited" and would be the same cost as what I paying now and add the line. The only catch was that this would have to be auto drafted. I asked her at least 5 times when it would be drafted and she assured me not until next month until the plan kicked in. Lo and behold bright and early yesterday this amount was drafted from my account taking me negative. I called the store 3 times yesterday trying to get a hold of her. After multiple times of trying to get a hold of her she called me back. She was forthright in blaming T-Mobile for the mistake. She said she would take care of getting the refund. I called customer service this morning and spoke to Angel. She was wonderful. I had issue with overdraft fees and she took the time to explain how things would be moving forward. AMAZING!
