Very bad customer service. My mother is older and has a hard time using these new phones. She needed help with her phone so she stopped here since this store is on her way home. The manager told her he could not help her, that they did not help with that type of issue. When another employee attempted to help he told him not to help her. She went down the street where she always goes and they were able to assist her as usual. This has happen twice with the same employees. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

The person that was there took my money to pay my cell phone phone bill; but, then I needed help with servicing my cell phone. She had about 3 other customers and said I would have to wait on them. I said, okay (I can wait); but, then she said if someone else comes in that I would have to wait on them too. I am not understanding. Am I not a customer too ??? Bad business read more

Fantastic service! Some of the best I have ever received. The gentleman I was working with, Juan, was so patient, very very knowledgeable, and personable. He helped me find service, was honest about what I needed and didn't need, was very funny and polite, and over all a wonderful attendant. He even gave my boyfriend and I his number to call if we had any questions after we left the kiosk. Like he'd answer it though, right? Well he did! I texted a question the next day and got an answer within 5 minutes. Over all, I was extremely impressed by Juan's service and in turn, Metro PCS. read more
