Bought an iPhone from them. froze up couldn't find my receipt. refused to look up my purchase information because I no longer had service with them. Didn't learn my lesson. Bought a Samsung from them and when I tried to pay off the phone early they charged me for the extra months of service which I no longer wanted from them. Customer satisfaction is the name of the game in this location. Let's start with the fact that I knew the phone I wanted but couldn't remember the name...Eric to the rescue! Ohhh before I get too deep into this review the staff DID greet me upon walking into the establishment....ok onto my review now So as I mentioned before I knew the phone but messed up the name. Eric corrects me and we share a giggle about it, cause you know I'm just testing the staff to see if they really know their products or not (wink wink) and he passed the test! I asked a few questions about my soon to be new phone and he sold me on it. He also majorly upsold me, but it was definitely to my benefit and so it was cool, he showed me the numbers and it actually lowered my bill listening to him...so there's that awesomeness about Eric and him knowing his stuff! My son also needed an upgrade and again Eric to the rescue selling my son on a super badass upgrade to his not so great kinda crappy now phone lol. Eric had a ton of patience, a heart of gold, super sense of humor, great customer service skills, and a cool attitude. God forbid you are a disabled veteran like myself and bring your Service dog in with you, they will do nothing but harrass you and belittle you. Worst service ever. FYI. I can't say enough about the customer service I received here.jose was incredibly kind to me when I was frustrated about not having a functioning phone and he told me to call customer care and I did and got a new phone sent to me. Also tommy was one of the best retail expriences I've ever had he was helpful, patient, and helped me transfer all of my stuff to my new phone. I usually don't ever come to this location but last month I was driving by that place after visiting my grandparents and decided to just stop on by to pay my phone bill. I quickly paid it then left so when this month rolled around my bill shot up $50! I went to the location I normally go to on Walnut and they told me that location added a line onto mine! What!? How? The lady should be fired!! If this is how they "make money" it's horrible. This location needs to be investigated. read more

This store is great. The atmosphere is fantastic. All the employees look very happy and are always laughing and getting along with each other. I've never had a bad experience at this store. I come in so much that the manager knows who I am and my "situation" I guess you could say lol. I'm somewhat satisfied with my experience this time. I usually would have to wait for 10 minutes or greater, but this time the rep was more than happy to assist me with my issues. I was overcharged and the manager informed me that she was sorry about the inconvenience and how I was misinformed. I told the lady I'd recommend all my followers to this location. read more
