We decided to serve our food family style, and our guests loved that that approach because it allowed them to bond with others at their table. The cocktails were also incredible and thoughtfully presented with beautiful garnishes. They were open to any of our ideas as to our signature cocktails, and they executed them perfectly. Sharon was a pleasure to work with and very receptive to our feedback on the food during our testing to make sure that we loved everything we served on our special day. A chocolate brownie cake was served for dessert, however, i didn't try it. The setting was warm and elegant with the round tables and black tablecloths. A stage was set up to announce special awards and to honor our fallen and those we lost in the last year. From the moment they pulled up their 20-foot BBQ rig in front of my house, it was an experience. They set up tables, provided linens, and had 3-4 people BBQing on-site, which really added to the party's vibe. My guests loved chatting with them as they came in.
