WOW! Can't imagine our wedding without Anthony and the whole crew from Park Avenue. They're literally the star of the night!!! We were supposed to have our wedding back in October 2020. Lo and behold, we had to postpone it until August 2021 and it was never our intention to drag Park Avenue for another year. Our initial venue had a change in management and no longer letting us bring outside caterer for our 2021 date, so we were stuck with the options of choosing our venue or our caterer, we went with the decision to let go of our venue and stick with Park Avenue. And it DID NOT disappoint. Anthony was willing to work with us from A to Z, literally everything. We changed our menu a couple times, came back for another food tasting, a lot lot lot last minute changes, adding and removing food items, and soooo many other things - Anthony accommodated everything with a smile on his face. Without his guidance and suggestions, I don't think our wedding would turn out to be as amazing as it was. Guests are raving about the food and the service. They never had an empty glass and the whole Park Ave crew made sure our guests stay hydrated throughout the whole event. Seriously better than any 5 stars or Michelin restaurants. Park Ave was the caterer for our wedding last month and we are SO glad we went with them. We are both foodies and we wanted GREAT wedding food, not just OK, which is what people usually expect for a wedding. They delivered on this promise and our guests noticed. They mentioned how coordinated the service was, everything was precisely timed, there were no delays in getting entrees out and both the salmon and steak dishes we had were perfect! We had a donut station also for our late night snack which was a hit with the kids AND the adults. We had our wedding in May 2024 catered by Park Ave and it was AMAZING! We worked with Caitlin to build our menu, select our appetizers, coordinate our serving preferences, and stock/serve our entire bar. Caitlin guided us in selecting the preferences that mattered most to us, and fit in our budget. A few weeks before the wedding Caitlin even reached out and asked if we needed any kids meals - we did and the kids and parents were SO appreciative to have chicken nuggets and mac'n'cheese served at the wedding. Our wedding had 110 guests. We chose to serve Indian food. My husband eats meat, but I am a vegetarian so the Indian menu had the best vegetarian options while incorporating meat in a natural way. We originally chose lamb, but ended up selecting chicken because it was a little cheaper. All the Indian dishes were flavorful, perfectly cooked and so tasty!!!! We served our dinner family style and our guests loved it! They said all the food arrived at the same time, was perfectly hot, and the serving style was easy and swift and allowing guests to interact and meet each other as they passed dishes around to the table. We added hot chili oil to each table and it was perfect for our guests who wanted to add some spice. The servers were quick, personable, professional and so nice! They paid special attention to us as the bride and groom and the guests felt really taken care of by the serving staff. Justine was wonderful to work with and was extremely helpful when we had questions about recommendations on food options to pair or even which silverware would look best with our theme and venue. At our tasting, we were amazed by each dish that came out and one of the highlights was the vegan "Cashew-e-pepe" which was also a fan favorite! He made suggestions based on the season and the vision we had for our wedding. He was extremely helpful in going over bar items I needed to get for the open bar since I didn't have a clue where to start! Leading up to the event, he was completely calm and responsive to all our last minute requests - including for plant based and gluten free dieters on our guest list. He and his team set aside some snacks and bubbly for me and my new husband immediately after the ceremony so we could have a brief moment alone and enjoy a few tastes before getting back to photos and guests. Our meal was served family style at each of the tables, but his staff made special plates just for my husband and I so we were sure to have a full plate of food. My fiance and I just finished our April wedding, catered by Park Avenue Catering (PAC). Overall, we cannot recommend them more! Communication with PAC's wedding specialist, Caitlin, was consistently responsive, from the point we initially booked months before our event, to the week-of. We had many good choices for caterers, and one of the reasons we chose PAC was because they showed they were listening to our needs. (We had more needs than we expected!) For example, my partner has a gluten-intolerance, and while most caterers will have a plan for dealing with gluten-sensitivities, PAC had gluten-free options available at the our tasting, and also came to us with plans for making a gluten-free menu. Another nice thing about their menu, is that I was looking for a menu that highlighted seasonal ingredients, and PAC had just that: we had spring flavors and ingredients, which made me happy. We got a lot of positive feedback on their branzino from our guests - so I would recommend that to any couple planning to work with them!
