Not only does Tweezerman make fantastic items, their service department is fantastic: in the back of my mind, I somehow knew that they come with lifetime sharpening (LIFETIME!! Who does that for FREE??) but always forgot. Every few years, I would buy a new pair to replace ones that were old or lost somewhere (or when the zebra print ones came out, that I just had to have). I finally decided to try out the free service, so I bought another pair (of course) to use while mine were in for their "tune up", and sent them off. Details are on their website, and allow time for them to do this since they probably receive A LOT. After 6 weeks or so (which was the time frame I expected), I received an email saying they had been sent, and wouldn't you know, the USPS lost the package. After a few angry phone calls to the PO (and they do not care) and involving nice Stacie in customer service, two replacement ones were sent out (and since they came via UPS, they made it!) and I am good to go. MARKETING GIMMICK!! BEWARE!! Shipped my tweezers here in MAY for their lifetime free sharpening- what a joke!! It's now OCTOBER and I still don't have my tweezers back! I have contacted customer service multiple MULTIPLE times. Most times I tried to reach them, I never got a response. Then They said my tweezers were shipped out to me but I never received them. Then finally after more attempts to resolve the issue, they offered to send a new pair- still don't have them yet. Don't be fooled by their marketing gimmicks- the free sharpening is a complete ruse. You May be swayed to purchase their more expensive product figuring you could have them for life with their promise of the free sharpening. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY- just buy the cheaper tweezers and replace them when they get full- you will save yourself a lot of time and headache. read more

I shipped my tweezers back in January 2021 (return receipt - receiving the signed green card back ) for a lifetime guarantee for sharpening and have yet to receive them back. I can not been able to contact anyone at the company no matter how I try - no phone, no email, no chat, nothing - it is as of the company is out of business. What a joke. I purchased a double pack of tweezers - expensive. The last contact was receiving a case number via email for the return in January 2021. This company is a fraud. If you are going to advertise for lifetime warranty in the product package and then not honor the lifetime warranty, I would think this company is a scam. The worst costumer service EVER! One of their sales pitches is that they offer free sharpening. I sent a pair of tweezers in to be sharpened on January 13, 2020. (I had to pay for the shipping to them and they were to pay to ship them back, which I thought was fair). I was told to expect a 6-8 week return. This was pre COVID. I called after the 8 week period and was told that they were behind, but I would be receiving them soon. I did not receive them, and then COVID hit. I called again to inquire on the status of my item, and a pre recorded message gave me an email address to contact them. They stated that they were closed due to COVID. I wrote to them via their email address about six weeks ago and gave my contact info along with the order number. No response. I called again about a week or two ago and got the same message. I again emailed them. No response. I feel that their sharpening pitch is a gimmick. It's a great product, but their costumer service leaves A LOT to desired. I will try another brand in the future due to this experience. read more

Unheard of customer support. I loved my Tweezerman tweezers and when they lost their sharp edge, I sent them back for sharpening. It took about 8 weeks so I bought an emergency travel pair for the interim. Just got them back and they are like new! What a great company. I also love their little mini kits - the eyebrow one comes with eyebrow mousse, a travel slant tweezer, an eyebrow brush and a highlighter pencil in a cute little case. I emailed Tweezerman customer service about a 5 yr old pair of cuticle nippers that recently broke. Stacie Melendez replied and said to mail them to her and they would repair or replace them. my mother owns a nail salon. She has always sent her tweezers to this company to be sharpened. The last two times she sent them, the company supposedly "lost" the invoice. They were VERY rude whe I spoke with them. One lady pretty much told me she could stop what he was doing to look for the invoice. They are not very professional. The first time they supposedly lost the invoice, my mom didnt recieve her nippers back until 5 or 6 months later and their other excuse was that the nippers use to be sent to Texas to be sharpened but is now being sharpened in NY and they must have gotten lost in the swap. This time, they have recieved the nippers on April 7th and still no nippers. poor poor service and employees read more

I'm with the previous reviewer who found Tweezerman's service to as good as one could ever ask. We returned some clippers for maintenance and they came back looking brand new, sharpened and in perfect condition - far different than how they were when we sent them.
