I have been depressed with the pandemic like everyone else, so I decided to hit my favorite spa. They have this Clear The Mind aromatherapy, so I thought I'd give it a try. My esthetician Sydney asked me how I was and put together essential oils for me, started with my scalp, little guasha too, she also worked on my back and shoulder. It was God sent, I haven't felt this way for months. I got home I took a nap. Sydney has great hands and energy that I truly love from an esthetician. After a so so review I am rewriting to say how amazing this salon / spa is. I was not happy with my daughter's facial because none of her blackheads were removed. I posted here about it and they called to inquire why I was disappointed. Reader's digest version- they totally made up for it. Invited us back for a complimentary facial. Removed even the toughest blackheads refused to take any tip and gave us products to sample. Thanks so much! We will be back. This place is AWFUL! They were rude and refused to give me an appointment after they sold me an expensive package. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Many other places are courteous and accommodating - they are not. Had a European facial here and the experience was incredible. The scent and music sets a peaceful tone the second you walk in. The breathing exercises with essential oils was so relaxing. Toni was very knowledgeable on skincare, answered any questions I had, and was gentle with extractions. She is so sweet and gave me such a wonderful massage. This is the first time I've had a facial where I felt like a new person afterwards, and it actually completely relieved any anxiety I had through out the day. Very healing experience. Very cute boutique spa service establishment! I got an IPL and a Derma Fusion facial. The Derma Fusion facial felt really exfoliating and left my skin feeling BABY SOFT. After a few days my skin dried up a little and got a little bumpy. Then the dry patches flaked off and a fresh new layer of skin was exposed. Since it was my first time I was a little worried because I do have sensitive skin but then researched it is part of the process and is normal for people with sensitive skin. I scheduled my second facial for next month. I love the results. My skin has never felt so clean! My pores even feel smaller 2 weeks later. I haven't had a breakout since, being acne prone I suffer with hormonal acne so I am very happy with these results. I am so pleased with their suggestions. Their services are affordable compared to others I have received yet they're just as effective. I drive from Yonkers all the way to Port Washington just to see my aesthetician Yennie. She gave me a free brown shape because it was my birthday. She is very sweet and really cares about your well being. read more

I got a Brazilian laser hair removal with Yennie and i am so pleased with my experience!! She made me feel comfortable the entire time - frequently checked in on me to see how I was doing, told me more about the laser process, etc. It took ~30 min for the whole procedure. I finally stopped by today after passing their spa everyday for years now and I'm SO happy they had a cancellation today! I've only had about 4 facials in my lifetime cause luckily my skin is always clear but recently I started breaking out. Nothing I did at home was helping so I finally decided I needed professional help. Sandra was my esthetician and she was absolutely phenomenal. 10/10. She explained everything to me, was so knowledgeable & so gentle with my skin. She recommenced what facial was best for me & explained everything she was doing step by step. It was the most relaxing facial/ massage I've ever had. The water bed was definitely a plus, I'm pretty sure fell asleep. If you go there, ask for Sandra. Bought a groupon and honestly didn't even know what to expect, it could have been a little Asian nail salon offering facials. So mine was expiring, so I had to make moves quick. I called and they were able to fit me in same day. I was greeted by Yennie, and upon showing her my groupon - she informs me that she will be upgrading me to a facial from Spain! So I'm like a noob with facials, so I just went with the flow. then comes IRINA, and she introduces herself, assesses my skin, and goes over what the facial will be like. Such a clean facility! I put on a snap robe, laid on the weird but awesome massage bed and IRINA went to town, she must have put like 6 treatments on my skin. She also steamed and extracted black/white heads. She did a mini massage on my hands and shoulders while the masks were setting. My skin feels amazing. I don't really have any problems with my skin, just dryness. But OMG, my skin has probably never been softer. It was an AMAZIN' experience. I loved their comfortable private room which was equipped with the latest technology where I got my face treatment done. I tried the Yonka from Paris, the products they carry are amazing. Smells great and it's super natural,and there is nothing better than their energizing scents of essential oils of rosemary, lavender,thyme and citrus. I noticed results right away, my skin was hydrated,radiant and glowing. Aside from this relaxing experience, they also took their time to educate me on the types of ingredients and techniques to apply the product on my face that could benefit my skin. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. An additional bonus to the already fantastic facial was the heated table and back massager. Ashley worked her magic at rejuvenating the lackluster dry winter skin that I arrived with to provide an ample amount of hydration.
