Get the real stuff HP and avoid the headaches and voiding your printer warranty. They are affordable and worked with me on a price in comparison to another local vendor For the same set. That said, the local vendor was very affordable as well, and a very nice lady! I apologize that I can't remember the name of the place. My furniture came quick. The guys that delivered it were clean, quick and thorough. Unfortunately, one of the pieces was damaged, so needed to be returned. The blessing in disguise was that I chose to go with a 2nd nightstand (and the mirror for the dresser) instead of the chest of drawers. Since I recently moved cross-country to Chicago, I am in need for office furniture. I went with my husband hoping to find a office chair or some furniture to use until my furniture arrives via Pod in a few months. Anyway they allowed (1) free piece of furniture and also was selling preused furniture for $39 and $99 bucks. We really lucked out. My husband found a big chair for our living room for free. We purchased a huge book case for my office. In addition to these pieces, we found a rolling ottoman and a side table. We were thrilled with our finds. This wharehouse is open to the public and had a floor dedicated to sale/clearance items and a bunch of new items too. The prices seemed reasonable on the new items too. Checkout website for items currently on sale. I would like to shout-out Mark (owner) and Junior for having awesome customer service. Junior helped me with approximating how many yards of fabric I would need to reupholster the chair that we got for free. Oh yes, I failed to mentioned they have lots of fabric for sale. At the event the fabric was only $5 a yard. Such a deal. Mad props to this business. *only furnishing for my temporary housing for now but will look to this business for my more permanent home in the near future* Would add photos of finds but waiting delivery. That process seems easy. Hoping I will have our items soon but there was polar vortex.

Only to be told that charge was the cost per lamp, of which I had two. Then the lady behind the counter told me that the many stickers on the box saying fragile was something she would not ever recommend as she took my first package and clumsily tossed it to the ground . I was at a loss. Costing over a hundred bucks to ship a couple of lamps which are porcelain but worth more emotionally than technically cost based was staggering. I will NEVER ship from this place again. I compared their shipping charge versus USPS and the difference was staggering being less than half for the same service. What an awful experience. I wish I wasn't so grieving from the loss of a family member to which the lamps were being bequithed to their nephew and had taken the packages to the USPS. . I want to seriously support Bartlett local businesses but henceforth I will just go to the USPS for better service, less of a dismissive attitude and wholly a much less expensive transaction.

Not too thrilled with my Zeaport experience so far…read more I wanted to buy a copier/printer for a small business that works with schools. It was going to replace a hp 11x17 that had been a workhorse (over 400,00 prints) but had finally died. Xerox machine was delivered. The invoice stated that it was a better model than it actually was. Turned the thing on and it copied fine. In the upcoming days I couldn't get it to scan to my computer no matter how hard I tried. The suggestion was to read the manual and set it up. I wonder why I didn't try that in the first place. A week or two after getting the printer, there was a big yellow bar that started printing on the side of the page. Looks like errant toner. I emailed and was told to swap around the drums. That didn't fix things. Next, the printer would randomly chunk a bunch of black toner all over the back side of pages...in addition to the yellow on the front. The solution from Zeaport was to get new toner and pull some cleaner levers. By this point I'm fairly frustrated that Zeaport doesn't care enough to follow up on their sale. After two weeks away without using the printer and two new toner cartridges this thing is printing horribly. Now I'm asked to pay $150 for someone to come look at this 'technician refurbished' machine that has only made a couple hundred prints and has problems immediately after delivery. Maybe this is the way that they get people to buy maintenance contracts. I didn't a 'technician certified refurbished' machine would be a P.O.S. right away. I'll update this after the technician takes a look at this and gives me an update. For now I'd tell anyone to avoid buying from Zeaport or to get a solid warranty or expectation of quality for the machine you get. At a minimum this equipment should work for 60-90 days without falling apart.

This is a solid family-run business, and they are the essence of going above and beyond. After the heavy storms last weekend, our printer conked out (that's a technical term!). We had purchased an annual maintenance/service agreement in addition to the printer itself, and it really came in handy. I rang Nicole, the owner, and she herself came to see what was up with our unit. It took a day but it is now up and running, no charge of course, and she even worked with our IT department (located in NY) to get everything set up and reconfigured. Going above and beyond. And, advice: choose the service agreement... it is a reasonable price to pay for less headaches. Excellent customer service and solid technical knowledge. Highly recommended.
