We do not know the entire history of the paintings, but we do know they are over 60 year old. Each time we worked with Chris and he listened to what we wanted and helped us find the right frame. He did not rush us through the process, nor does he push his recommendations on you . He gave us the time to make a decision and understand our style. He helped us select frames that brought out the colors in the paintings. All of the finished products were beyond our expectations and each day when I look at them I appreciate the history and bit of family legacy it has brought into our home.

They did an excellent job of helping me work within my budget and the finished project was great. They stretched the canvas, framed it beautifully, and even left it open in the back so that the oils could continue to dry throughout its life. I recently moved and wanted to get a few newer pieces framed. Again, I couldn't be happier with the results. I found the right frames and theft held me consider something new: the right glass. I had four pieces and two of them were framed using art glass. In the picture you can see how much it mitigates the reflection of light sources around it and allows for amazing detail to be seen. It was such a great choice on these two prints. The other two I was a little bit more creative with in terms of the frames due to their location in my home. Both of them turned out excellent as well. They really have something for everyone. If you need something simple, they have it. I'm not one for fussy frames and they have a lot of simple frames in loads of colors. However if you need an opulent gold-leaf frame to hang that 17th century oil portrait in your living room, they also have you covered. Luckily there's a lot in between as well. You can expect professional, friendly service and good guidance if you need it. Both times I came to pick out a frame and drop the art off, they were working with repeat customers. It really instills a sense of confidence when you see so many repeat customers at a place. I guess now I'm one of them!

I was quoted a price for a 16 x 20 picture frame and was told it would cost $215.00 and take 2…read moreweeks. I told him the price was very expensive for a frame that size and asked him if I could have a discount since that was not 100 percent solid wood. he stated it was solid, but it did not it look it. The frame was made with plastic materials. The day I called to check if it was ready for pickup, he told me it was not done yet, but said he would have it completed in an hour. By the time I arrived, it was ready. I was overall happy with the look of the new frame and backing, but not happy with the price. I felt ripped off. I would have preferred a heads up, if I was notified the day before instead of last minute work.

Very unprofessional work. The owner, Larry, showed no interest in rectifying the situation, in fact, yelled at me that he couldn't do a better job on it. I had to tell him to stop yelling. A staff member stepped forward and said she would make it right and ended up doing a good job on the framing and handled it very professionally. The owner, Larry, continued to be rude, insulting and totally disrespectful when I picked up the corrected frame because he was so upset about having to fix his shoddy work. Pretty shocking behavior to say the least. The owner does not deserve to have your business when they behave so unprofessionally as well as provide such a inferior product and act as though that should be acceptable. It is not. I will be telling my friends and neighbors about my experience and suggest they not take their framing needs here.
