Rude.
I've been a repeat costumer not only for my personal projects but very often for my company. I called to ask a question, actually I asked to speak to Cheryl (a woman who works there who is absolutely wonderful), but she wasn't there today--unfortunately.
The man answering the phone asked if he could take a message, and in turn I said, well maybe you can help me, I have a question.... he said, "Sigh, Ill have to take your number down and call you back, I am the only person in the store today, and have a shop full of customers" in the rudest, most unprofessional tone possible. I stated I was a customer too and hung up. I thought, ok...fine, you don't want my business... that is your decision.
Honestly I do like the work I've gotten done here, and the prices are fair (at times), but if you are going to go to this location make sure one of the wonderfully kind women at this shop are there before you risk dealing with this guy.
*Lesson for that gentleman who was working at 10 a.m. Friday, October 31, 2014 - Halloween:
In customer service, watch your tone, act like you want to help the customer, and just simply say, "Id love to help you, unfortunately I'm swamped as I'm the only person in the store, can I please have a number and get back to you?" Tone is everything, tone would equate understanding, and probably even empathy for you being so busy. There's ways to handle things. Get it together.
