I had two orders at this location and the first order was misplaced or lost by Andy for a week or so. Ok, accidents happen - I figured they'd find it. They did eventually. but Andy was SO RUDE on the phone. Second order was a triptych. 3 pieces in 3 frames. I showed Cheryl a picture of the finished 3 pieces as I wanted them framed. When I went to pick it up, they insisted I gave them one piece. I'm not sure how they managed to mess both orders up, but I had a heated call with Cheryl who just kept saying they never lose anything and that there was only one piece. A few days later, and no call, I decided to disassemble the frame and use it for something else. and - there they were.....They had stacked all 3 pieces as one in the frame.
