I searched all over the North Shore, Chicago and even Sun Valley, Idaho for the perfect painting for my family room. And finally I found it here. It was perfect and also priced fairly. Unlike other gallery owners Michael wasn't willing to negotiate at all on price, but he did hang it for me. Months later I purchased 4 paintings from a local artist and stopped back in to get 3 of them framed by Michael. He took about 2 weeks to frame them and did a beautiful job...and once again hung them and another painting for me. I love supporting local and Michael is a lovely man with gorgeous artwork and impeccable framing/hanging skills so look forward to being a longtime customer.

It turns out the owner of bleachers scammed me when the card was really worth four dollars. after knowing this, I went to a different card shop and then this man was so helpful. I do not recommend bleachers card store unless you find the perfect price and search up the card before you buy but even then the owner of bleachers card store is probably not gonna let you buy it for the price that it really he's trying to make money by scamming people. But I went here once and this manager was helpful, but I don't think he really paid attention to what the card was really worth knowing that maybe if I go back another time he will help me more and if I look it up, he might accept the actual pricing but so far knowing what I know I got scammed I might try it one more time and see how it goes. Maybe is different or framing something but all I know is I don't expensive they're not worth. Maybe if I went back again it will be a lot different of an experience and I might drop a five star.

The selection of canvases was incredible, unlike anything I've seen at other needlepoint stores. So many unique and fun designs immediately caught my eye. From the moment I walked in, Kristen was so helpful and welcoming. She helped me the entire time without being overbearing, and I loved that when I said I was just browsing, she told me to "just whistle" if I needed anything--it actually made me laugh and made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. I also loved seeing popular canvases I've seen online and on TikTok, like the Tootsie collection and other trending designs--it was so fun to see them in person.
