I would recommend brides stay FAR AWAY from this company…read more (Let me preface with, I am a maid of honor speaking on behalf of my sister, the bride). Everything was fine at first. The bride loved what she saw at the bridal expo we went to, first interactions went great, she really seemed to understand what my sister wanted as far as her invitations for her big day. Then things took a turn. The proof for the invitation came with mistakes. Okay, I get it, everyone is human and mistakes are made. My sister sent a few emails to try and get the mistakes corrected, which they were, but not without attitude. Fast forward to addressing invitations. My sister felt uncomfortable continuing conversations with this woman because of her attitude so I took over to help her out. I was told by this woman that this was a good idea because (and I quote!) "your sister is approaching what we call, in the wedding industry, "the melt down phase." I sincerely hope she doesn't speak that way to her brides as my sister was not very happy hearing that was said about her. She was not "melting down" she was frustrated and worried about her invitations. Invitations are now done. We decide to just put them all together and address them ourselves because we don't want to deal with this company any more than we had to. My sister and mother (who was paying for the invitations) go pick up the invitations. My mother shared her feelings with this woman just because we are upset with our experiences. The conversation ensued as so: My mother: "you're the worst person we've had to deal with." This woman: "So was your daughter. " Omg, what?! How unprofessional!!! I don't care if you think that about a person, that should not be said to paying customers. My family and I are absolutely appalled!

She offered a 2nd option, which would have cost addt'l money than what I already paid, so I decided not to opt for plan b. When I asked for a refund - she blatantly told me she was not refunding my money even though she didn't provide the product I ordered. Not only did she refuse to refund my money, she was rude and pushy! I was appalled by her attitude. If anyone had the right to be upset it was me............I'm the bride!

This year…read more2024 season, we were late on getting this years ornaments & went into the Hoffman Estates location to get ornaments and when checking out we asked if we can return them. We were told yes you have 30 days. This was Dec 18th. We found better hallmark ornaments at a different store. On Dec 30th when we go to return them I was told "oh no, we don't return them it says so right here, the bottom of the receipt." I told them what was said at check out. But was still told no. I asked for the manager. She then says "no, it says so at the bottom of the receipt." I said I know but was told we could, the manager then said "I didn't train my employees right" So because you didn't train them right and no signs posted I can't return these ornaments. But then was told I can exchange for something in the store as a one time courtesy. Then we called corporate and spoke to 2 different people and a manager to be told no and that they were backing the store. So to clarify, we asked if they can be return told yes, but then AFTER we paid on the receipt it says we can't and the employees were NOT trained so we have to lose $50 or find something else in store. This is CRAZY! This store is rude and incompetent. I never want another hallmark ornament again, due to this experience at the store and at corporate! I understand what the receipt says, I understand rules, but why not make a customer happy and want to come back. Hallmark store are becoming few to none, I wonder why? Overpriced and doesn't care about customer. Look at company's that are thriving, they try everything to make the customer happy. Hallmark will be the next Party City, Big Lots, Sears, Joann's, so on...unless they start to care more. But who am I just one customer not going to make a difference, so hopefully my words will. DO NOT SHOP HERE, shop where you are valued and cared.

I was looking for a long lasting and resilient 3-ring hard case binders to store all the electrical and mechanical schematics for my MotorCoach. I didn't need to look far - Wilson Jones has always be synonymous with quality, they still make products that last, these mechanical metal hinged binders are like nothing you'll find in the big discount box stores. I purchased the one inch by 11" x 17" binders and I paid about fifty bucks a piece, yes that's a pretty penny for a 3-ring binder especially when there are many plastic and vinyl options available for a faction of the cost. Let me start by saying there are many levels of document storage available especially when you consider electronic data storage, my choice was based on troubleshooting electrical circuitry and complex mechanical systems that requires a hard copy that can be readily available in a large format that only paper provides (of course I have a electronic back-up in the event I need to reprint). The quality of these professional binders are heirloom quality providing next level record retention. In most cases this may not be what's required I'm just glad the]is option exist...

Before the movie Office Space came along, they didn't even *make* a red one. Now? They leaned in and the Model 747 has become their most popular product. How did that happen? Thank you, Milton! Yes, ACCO Brands makes bunches of other academic, consumer and business products that range from the memorable black and white Mead composition notebook to the Day-Timer brand organizer and Cambridge wall calendars and planners. As for Swingline, they were founded in 1925 in New York City as the Parrot Speed Fastener Company. Back then, staples loaded from the front. And then Swingline revolutionized staplers (yes, you can revolutionize something as mundane as a stapler!) by making them open on the top so your favorite office worker could just drop in a new row of staples. Staplers, shredders, trimmers, binding machines, pencil sharpeners. But none are "That's my stapler." https://youtu.be/KqxjRzzGn8k [Review 13421 overall, 740 of 2020.]

When we met with her to see the rough draft, we assumed that was the time to make some modifications in font choices and design. Wow were we wrong. Instead she snapped at us and scolded us during the rest of the appointment over any changes we wanted made. The final products were so-so. For all of the stress working with her brought, it was definitely not worth it. I wish we would have either spent a little more money to go somewhere else with someone not so rude to her clients, or just made them ourselves and printed them at FedEx. Update: Per Kasey's comment below, a full refund was offered. Unfortunately that was not the case, otherwise we gladly would have taken it.

One of my customers, quite well-known in jewelry circles, mentioned that Kasey (the owner) , had planned her daughters' very elegant Chicago wedding for close to 300 people from all over, keeping her eye on the budget agreed upon, while fulfilling their very exacting wish list. I had seen some of the impressive photos & called Kasey to see what we she could come up with for a business anniversary VIP appreciation event, for a group of 50. The invitations really set the perfect tone, & Kasey followed through with some wonderful ideas for decor, music, food, & all the other lovely details that I probably would not have thought of... and all tied in perfectly with the rest of our company brand & made our best customers feel appreciated, while staying right on the budget. All of us brick & mortar businesses have to compete with the internet these days, but those online businesses just can't show the love and care we have for our customers.... and as a client of dBy, I could not be more pleased with the care & professionalism that made our event so exquisite and memorable! You made me & my company look fantastic... & I will be calling you about the branding topics we discussed!!(She's not just for weddings, folks!!) Thank you, thank you, thank you!! & just WOW!!!
