They misrepresented themselves as licensed (illegal) and even skipped getting a permit (illegal in the state of Ohio). Not only that, but Joel Robertson told my wife that he couldn't speak to her and that he "needed to speak with [her] husband." He refuses to respond to my phone calls or emails for a refund.
