He did a bit of quick assessment and examined 6 outlets, and 3 were corroded and had to be replaced, which he did. He also removed a dead GFCI and replaced it with a standard outlet. Service was scheduled at 9:00 AM, and Deon confirmed the appointment the day before, which I appreciated since many companies leave guessing till the last minute. Deon also let me know that they were on the way to our home, prior to the appointment time, which to me is a professional way of conducting business!
