They did literally nothing else. They did not disclose the diagnostic fee before coming out. They offered to replace 2 of the 3 breakers because the other one is a gfci and they don't carry it? How about quote the gfci breaker and go buy it from Home Depot. Why the hell would I want 2/3 of my equipment repaired? Asked for a quote for a panel replacement, and it was about 2000$. The "dispatcher", or maybe the owner, I'm not sure, was very helpful and understood the situation and told us that he could have someone out early Monday morning between 8-1pm. No emergency tech was available on Sunday, at this time.
