Oh man, I don't even know where to begin. To say that I am thankful for this crew would be a…read moremassive understatement. Let me preface by saying that Austin was our main agent, and Taylor and Craig were major helps along the way as well. Between our first baby, the pandemic, and the insane housing market, we were almost certain we weren't going to find a home before 2021, possibly 2022. After being outbidded numerous times in previous attempts to purchase a home, our confidence was low, and our guard was high. Austin was not only confident we could find something in our budget, he made sure we found something we absolutely adored. We've worked with previous agents in the past (not from KALEO) who were so focused on getting a deal, they tried to push properties on us to get us in and out, so we appreciated Austin's honesty and patience throughout the process. Taylor and Craig were also wonderful in assisting us, whether it was accompanying Austin to the house, or making sure all our documents were thoroughly explained, or answering trivial questions on a Friday night (sorry, guys). All in all, I couldn't recommend them enough, and strongly suggest working with KALEO. Thanks again for everything, guys. We couldn't have done this without you!

My mother's health was ailing, and we needed to get her into an assisted living home ASAP. To do so, we needed to sell her house. It was November (with December rapidly approaching), and time was of the essence. I researched the top agents in the Covina area. Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge. We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous! This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. Brenda held my hand throughout the entire process and ensured my mom was taken care of as well (giving us referrals for movers, cleaners, etc.). If you're like me, over-researching realtors, STOP. Save yourself the time and go with Brenda!

We were tasked with selling our late father's home in Glendora, and since my brothers and I don't live locally, we were incredibly overwhelmed by the logistics. From our very first phone call, Marty stepped in with total confidence and completely took the reins. We had renters moving out and were agonizing over whether to spend money on renovations or sell as-is. Marty and her team physically went to the property, gave us an honest, expert assessment, and helped us confidently decide that an as-is sale was the smartest path forward. Even with that, we were considering using an online platform that makes all-cash offers for "as-is" properties. She confidently said, "I will get you more (even after the commission) than that!!!" And she was more than right! She helped us determine a strategic list price and told us to let the market do the rest. And boy, did the market respond! Thanks to their incredible marketing and the transparent platform they used, we were able to watch the offers roll in real-time. We were in absolute disbelief--we literally lost count after 20 offers! Our house sold in a day or two. We were through escrow in a few weeks, and she pulled in multiple offers for significantly more than we ever thought possible. Her team is a well-oiled machine, handling everything from property assessments, pricing strategy and marketing to flawlessly navigating the escrow process. Marty knows the business and will help you get top dollar. Plus, she and her team will expertly guide you through every step. Thank you, Marty, and a huge thank you to your phenomenal staff!
