I like bold colors, body inclusive styles, American made, and unique pieces. Its like Belle Soiree was curated especially for me by a local business owner with flawless taste. The owner, Kim, is phenomenal. While my friend grabbed a few tunics for me to try on, Kim knew my style immediately and made excellent suggestions to try on. I even ended up buying one! It has quickly become my favorite tunic and I tell everyone about Belle Soiree. The boutique is impeccably curated, filled with gorgeous treasures and is the perfect place to put together a classy outfit for any occasion. I went to pick it up on Wednesday 6/10/2026 and when we got it home we noticed it had two wholes in the bust of the dress and it had shrunken. The next day my daughter returned and explained the issues. They first denied any wrong doing and explained they presses and steamed the dress. We showed the tag which said hang dry and don't use heat. The kept the dress for repair to pick up the next day and we reminded them do not press or use heat. When we return we stated it was not pressed and the reply was that it was pressed as they presses everything. We informed them the dress can not take heat and we ask for it not to be presses. She sated this was not communicated and it was. Now the dress is to small, in fact small than the day before. I've basically paid for a strap on a dress that can't be worn. No apology, no refund and I have to replace a $130 dress which will cost more because I have to drive around to find a replacement in a week. For a first time customer this was a horrible experience and the staff didnt care

She told me they weren't ready (she hadn't even touched them!). Told me it would take another week. I was out of town the next week so I said I would pick them up the following week. When I came in to get them she handed them over and I looked at the job she did. She only ran two seams across the bottom of the pants legs. Entirely visible, ugly and crude. I expected that she understood what "hemmed" means. No, these were not hemmed (no seam should be visible)! I could have done this myself at home on my sewing machine. What a rip-off for $20! And now there was no time to fix it before the wedding (in 4 days!).

I wanted to specifically talk about their leather cleaning services. I took this vintage suede rancher coat t them to have dry cleaned because when I thrifted it the coat was very dingy and stained. Norge Dry Cleaners is clear on the fact that they outsource leather and suede cleaning, so technically they aren't the ones cleaning those materials. That being said they seem to trust good companies with that service because the coat came back in excellent condition. I wish I took before and after photos so that others could see the difference. I can't wait to continue using this company for my cleaning and alteration needs!

I went online and found Alterations Express right on Royalton Road in Strongsville, and I am beyond impressed. Susanna, the manager, was absolutely outstanding. I walked in, explained the situation, and within 15 minutes my pants were fixed and ready to go for the wedding. Not only was Susanna amazing, but her entire staff was professional, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. So no matter where you're from or where you live, if you're ever in the Cleveland area and need alterations, this is the place to go. Ask for Susanna -- she'll take great care of you. I was told to put the pants on and flip the light switch to indicate that I was ready. It was 100 degrees that day and I was wearing a light one piece romper (not a top and bottom). I held the heavy pants up from my collarbone to my hip and turned on the switch. This young, heavy, kind of frizzy haired girl came in and goes *gasp* "MA'AM!! This is SO inappropriate, you have no top on! This is a place of business, OMG, OMG!!" I told her if she was that uncomfortable I could just leave. She goes "Nooo?" and proceeds to "OMG" for the duration of pinning the hem. She then asked if I could put the other pants on on top of the romper...I declined. I told her she was going to have a really hard time with her job. She treated a woman who could have been her mother like some kind of flasher/s-x pest!! In a dressing room, adults understand that entails dressing/undressing. This is *OMG* too much for them. This Inappropriate Ma'am will take her business elsewhere. The pants did come back intact, which honestly, surprised me. In hindsight, I should have just left.

I went back on Saturday and was told that they couldn't find it and that the manager (who is not on site, surprise) would have to look into it. I needed the jacket for a conference abroad, which I explained and was then told that maybe the blazer is at the plant where the garments are cleaned - another surprise as we initially thought garments were cleaned on site. The young clerk did his best, but was ultimately dismissive and uncooperative, simply stating that he texted the manager and we would have to wait. I understand that things happen, and we have been patient in the past, but this is possibly the 6th time they have misplaced or forgotten one of my garments. The quality has greatly declined here over the years. I'm so disappointed and really upset.
