I went to pick it up on Wednesday 6/10/2026 and when we got it home we noticed it had two wholes in the bust of the dress and it had shrunken. The next day my daughter returned and explained the issues. They first denied any wrong doing and explained they presses and steamed the dress. We showed the tag which said hang dry and don't use heat. The kept the dress for repair to pick up the next day and we reminded them do not press or use heat. When we return we stated it was not pressed and the reply was that it was pressed as they presses everything. We informed them the dress can not take heat and we ask for it not to be presses. She sated this was not communicated and it was. Now the dress is to small, in fact small than the day before. I've basically paid for a strap on a dress that can't be worn. No apology, no refund and I have to replace a $130 dress which will cost more because I have to drive around to find a replacement in a week. For a first time customer this was a horrible experience and the staff didnt care

However, the 2nd time I tried to have nice $25 sweatshirts embroidered just to find out they were ruined because the lady used the wrong colors. She was so 'kind' to replace them with cheap HANES sweatshirt and didn't charge me. I figured I'd give them another chance for the 3rd time and have a few more shirts done. About 3+ weeks go just to find out they weren't done yet. The lady said she'd get them done by the end of week. The following Tuesday I went to pick up my shirts but found they still weren't done! I decided to just take my shirts back and go elsewhere. There is no reason why you can't fulfill 5 LOUSY shirts in a 3 week/pushing 4 week period. I got the feeling small customers are not valued and are put on the back burner. The positive experience rate is 33% after 3 visits which is an "F". Also, they don't even answer the phone with 'Annies Embroidery', just a Hello? This throws me off because it seems like I called the wrong #. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
