I went to pick it up on Wednesday 6/10/2026 and when we got it home we noticed it had two wholes in the bust of the dress and it had shrunken. The next day my daughter returned and explained the issues. They first denied any wrong doing and explained they presses and steamed the dress. We showed the tag which said hang dry and don't use heat. The kept the dress for repair to pick up the next day and we reminded them do not press or use heat. When we return we stated it was not pressed and the reply was that it was pressed as they presses everything. We informed them the dress can not take heat and we ask for it not to be presses. I thought this was plenty of time and she promised me they would be ready in a week. I went back a week later and she seemed confused and then found them in a pile of clothing. She told me they weren't ready (she hadn't even touched them!). Told me it would take another week. I was out of town the next week so I said I would pick them up the following week. When I came in to get them she handed them over and I looked at the job she did. She only ran two seams across the bottom of the pants legs. Entirely visible, ugly and crude. I expected that she understood what "hemmed" means. No, these were not hemmed (no seam should be visible)! I could have done this myself at home on my sewing machine. What a rip-off for $20! And now there was no time to fix it before the wedding (in 4 days!).
