When I came in to get them she handed them over and I looked at the job she did. She only ran two seams across the bottom of the pants legs. Entirely visible, ugly and crude. I expected that she understood what "hemmed" means. No, these were not hemmed (no seam should be visible)! I could have done this myself at home on my sewing machine. What a rip-off for $20! And now there was no time to fix it before the wedding (in 4 days!).

I wanted to specifically talk about their leather cleaning services. I took this vintage suede rancher coat t them to have dry cleaned because when I thrifted it the coat was very dingy and stained. Norge Dry Cleaners is clear on the fact that they outsource leather and suede cleaning, so technically they aren't the ones cleaning those materials. That being said they seem to trust good companies with that service because the coat came back in excellent condition. I wish I took before and after photos so that others could see the difference. I can't wait to continue using this company for my cleaning and alteration needs!

It still looked like the business when peering through the window, but never got a response. I think something might have happened to the lady who ran/owned it. I have come back to Ohio three times in the past year and a half and the signs on the door are still there but no one is ever inside. I'd really like my $50 blouse back but probably will never see it again.
