If I just spent $600+ on a suit, I want the alterations to be perfect and we've always had such service here. On a recent trip, we had two pairs of lined dress pants hemmed and another two suits altered (hems for both pants and letting out the shoulders on both jackets). Total for 4 pants and two jackets was about $160. Sam did a superb job and this was definitely money well spent. Friendly service and we're always impressed with the quality of work. We will always go out of our way to take our alterations to Sam and his team. One note: CASH or CHECK only, but you pay when you pick up so you have plenty of time to make accommodations for this.

I wanted to specifically talk about their leather cleaning services. I took this vintage suede rancher coat t them to have dry cleaned because when I thrifted it the coat was very dingy and stained. Norge Dry Cleaners is clear on the fact that they outsource leather and suede cleaning, so technically they aren't the ones cleaning those materials. That being said they seem to trust good companies with that service because the coat came back in excellent condition. I wish I took before and after photos so that others could see the difference. I can't wait to continue using this company for my cleaning and alteration needs!

However, the 2nd time I tried to have nice $25 sweatshirts embroidered just to find out they were ruined because the lady used the wrong colors. She was so 'kind' to replace them with cheap HANES sweatshirt and didn't charge me. I figured I'd give them another chance for the 3rd time and have a few more shirts done. About 3+ weeks go just to find out they weren't done yet. The lady said she'd get them done by the end of week. The following Tuesday I went to pick up my shirts but found they still weren't done! I decided to just take my shirts back and go elsewhere. There is no reason why you can't fulfill 5 LOUSY shirts in a 3 week/pushing 4 week period. I got the feeling small customers are not valued and are put on the back burner. The positive experience rate is 33% after 3 visits which is an "F". Also, they don't even answer the phone with 'Annies Embroidery', just a Hello? This throws me off because it seems like I called the wrong #. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I called them up on Thursday morning, explained my situation, and asked if it could be done by Saturday morning. She replied, "Sure, no problem!" The lady (I was not able to catch her name) was so sweet, answered all my questions, and even made sure that I was allowed to alter my dress (since some choir dresses are not allowed to be), which I thought was so thoughtful of her. I came in later that afternoon, and met the lady from the phone, as well as her daughter who was helping her in the shop that day. They were both so incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful! I didn't even want to leave! I wanted to just stay and chat and get to know them more! I came back in at 10:00 on Saturday, and my dress was ready and perfect! It was also only $20, which I thought was really reasonable. I am so thankful to have stumbled upon this place, and I will definitely come here again for all of my altering needs! Highly recommend!
