I don't fault this on anyone. We were a large group, we paid in pesos, and the server who gave us our check was a different person. I think the first person who attended us and had a more accommodating and chill personality was absolutely great! This place only takes cash! We ordered the package with food and the chef had snacks ready for us when we got to the dock. He cooked the rest of lunch while we set sail to Isla Mujeres. They served us drinks And helped us get some good photos in. Cons: Only one real con. My only suggestion is to make sure you make your final payment through PayPal or with cash the day of your excursion. There is no WiFi at the dock and I ended up having to pay via credit card which was an additional $50+ dollar fee, even though I was going using his iPad. Had I known in advance I would've just logged into my paypal account, but didn't realize until it was too late. He didn't communicate that part well.
